Really nice
Cream color is beautiful. While it is heavy, it's a manageable size. I cooked a 4.8 lb chicken with vegetables in the oven the first night, made stock from the carcass in it the next morning and chicken and rice in it that night. Day three, I added store-bought chicken stock for soup. I finally washed the pan that night, it cleaned up easily. I couldn't be happier with this pan. It's as good as my $300 dutch oven and my $300 braiser from you-know-who. I wish I had bought this Cuisinart first. Could have saved $600.

Love it!
I regularly cook with cast iron and enamel covered cast iron. Good value for the price. Works great for my oval sourdough loaves. Very happy with it!

Porcelain is chipping off of casserole dish
I've had this casserole dish for about a year. I've had this same dish prior to this purchase. I like the Dutch Oven concept. What started to happen about 6 months ago, was small pieces of porcelain, were chipping off of lid. I do not use the dish in a harsh manner. I thought I must have hit the dish hard, but did not do so. Currently I'm finding more small pieces of porcelain, in the dishwasher, in the sink and on the floor in front of the cabinet when I put the dish away. I'm no longer able to use this as I'm concerned for my safety, possibly consuming a piece of porcelain. I will be taking this to the local dump. It is far beyond the return time, so I'm out the money. This must have been a second, defective production. Cuisnart used to be an acceptable everyday product, but no longer. Made in China. I'm so disappointed.

The lid wobbles
I really love the size. I really like the weight. I love the color. Very disappointed that the lid does not sit flush it wobbles so when you put a roast in it doesn't have an airtight seal and drips from the heat that should be keeping the food in the pot moist. Maybe it's just the one that I got but I'm very disappointed.

Save yourself a hassle!
Chipped immediately, returned sent another chipped immediately!Unbelievable this company is keeping these on the market, they wouldn't be able to give them away once people tried one, what a bunch of hassle! Take the awful things off the Market Cuisinart, these are a black eye on your products!smh!
