I am on a keto diet, and it seems like I am always thirsty. I am careful what I drink because I love flavor, but I don’t want to waste my carbs on drink mixes.  This drink Mix has 0 Carbs and is so portable and easy to transfer to any type of water bottle with no mess.  There’s so many hydration drink mixes on the market that come in a can, it’s hard to find good quality drink mix in a packet.  I also like the fact that it is sweetened with stevia sugar instead  of the artificial sweeteners sucralose or aspartame, which don’t agree with my system.  Stevia sweetened items don’t spike my blood sugar, whereas artificial sweeteners often do and cause me to want to drink or eat more sweetened things. My body felt good while drinking this, and I felt hydrated afterwards - just what I wanted and the type of product I was looking to find.  It has a nice, mild berry flavor, and I did not taste any of the other minerals that are part of this blend.   I think it’s very competitively priced for a sports drink, and I love that I can add it to a refillable bottle rather than carrying several bottles around.  I highly recommend it!

With being on my feet a lot during the day, this helps with my joints & swelling. The price is right for the product. I've tried the berry & pineapple & they're both really good & I'll continue to use. Just need to try the lime.

I decided to give the Bala Berry flavor a try and was not disappointed. I loved the taste and it kept me hydrated all day. I would recommended mixing it with ice for an enhanced berry taste.

Maybe I got a bad bag but even in 24 oz of water the taste is so strong & overpowering & lingers in the mouth. Like an aftertaste you can't get rid of. Then I thought maybe it's me so I asked my mom to try & she said exactly the same thing. I'll try half a package next time. I hate to do it, but I do not recommend this powder. At all.

I thought they were way too sweet and have a very strange aftertaste. I got a great deal on them (I think??) for prime day. I’m a LMNT drinker and I absolutely love those but these I will be giving away. Cannot recommend.

Not your average recovery electrolytesI drink electrolyte powder in my water bottle on the daily. I go through multiple large bottles a day so I'm always interested to try new ones. I was really interested to see the Bala packets. I love that they are not the usual ones that include all kids of fake sugars to try to get a candy-like flavor.The flavor is really interesting. The lime almost reminds me of a spicy margarita we get at our local restaurant. They aren't sweet but they are a lovely mix of the tart of the lime with the slight spice of the Turmeric.The packets are really handy, I drop two into my 64 oz water bottle for a pretty strong flavor although just one provides plenty of flavor.I really like that they use Stevia for the sweetness leaving them with only 10 calories but none of the artificial flavor of other sweetners.Overall very happy with "Bala Enzyme Electrolyte Powder Packets, Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Keto, Recovery & Hydration Drink Mix, Berry, 10 Pack" & "Bala Enzyme Electrolyte Powder Packets, Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Keto, Recovery & Hydration Drink Mix, Lime, 10 Pack". I love that it has a really interesting flavor profile and adds Tumeric which is great for your health.

The flavor was pretty good but for some reason it upset my stomach. Not drinking any more.
