Wonderful product that costs too much
I use a nasal mask and had developed dry eye due to mask leak. I tried many masks, including full masks and the problem persisted. I tried Remzees and they were a pain in the neck. I have used 6 of these . Aside from a little difficulty attaching them correctly, they work fine. I did not rate them a five because they are too costly. I feel bad about saying that because they have helped me, but it's true. They just cost too much. However I feel sure that I will continue to use them.

I've been using Silent Night for over a year and have loved them. However
I would give the company 5 stars, because I'd ordered the wrong item (full-face instead of nasal), and they swapped out the correct ones. I'm giving the product 3 stars. I've been using Silent Night for over a year and have loved them. However, this new batch is "new and improved". I prefer the older model. The new ones are very scratchy, and they don't seem to cover the bottom of the "triangle" very well. I do like the fact that Silent Night liners tape to the mask. If I get up in the middle of the night, I don't have to remember to put the liner back on, as I did with other brands. It also doesn't get lost in my sheets.

The Cadillac of Liners
So...a few weeks back I went to a local 501c3 that deals with medical stuff and CPAP supplies. I picked up a pack of the full mask size liners for $5 (was an impulse buy, they were about to close and saw the package out of the corner of my eye). I am glad I grabbed them! Put it on my mask ahead of time so it was ready to go when I went to bed. BTW, worth mentioning that every other liner I have tried just did not work out for me. I have tried Pad-A-Cheek in the past...comfy, but the hole is too small and makes it hard to breathe as it pushes my nose down and I end up tearing the mask off when I'm half asleep. RemZZZs fall off, I don't have the patience to carefully center them each time I am going to bed each and every time.****THESE**** are an entire different ball game. They have the tabs that help it stay on the mask...that is an improvement BIG time over the RemZZZs. (So for the last month or so I've been using these liners). My wife is a completely different story, she absolutely NEEDS the liners, she can't handle the part of the masks that touch the skin directly, it bugs the daylights out of her. A few nights after I started using these, I kept catching her fondling my liner, a look of envy on her face. After some prodding, she finally admitted she really wished my full mask liners would fit her nasal mask (she uses the WISP mask).Me: "They've gotta make a nasal mask version of these".Looked it up online and sure enough they made a nasal mask version that fit her WISP. She kept checking the mail and constantly mentioning how she couldn't wait for these liners to arrive. They finally did arrive and she has been using hers every night since. As far as one of the other folks saying you can just make your own with an old tshirt? Yeah, you could...and the quality would be as low as the RemZZZ liners are (also, you wouldn't have the easy stick on tabs). The quality of these liners is definitely above that of an old tshirt one would cut up.Will be posting full video reviews of both the full face and nasal masks. I am not easily impressed...but every so often I encounter a product that just hits a grandslam out of the park and Silent Night did just that with their liners.

Don't Bother
I do not like to like to write negative reviews but I decided that I would have to write a review regarding this product. After applying on mask and trying it for the 1st time, it was very uncomfortable. It was a waste of money It did not make a difference With regarding the mask seal. I ended up, during the night removing It.There's nothing to them yet they cost alot money especially for something that doesn't work at least for me.

It works.
It prevents the silicone from degrading as fast. Rather than two weeks, I can get a month out of my nasal mask. It also wicks moisture so you don't have the condensation sloshing onto your face, waking you up. If these are issues for you, this is worth every penny. Just be very conservative when you trim it to fit. It will stretch. Be sure to click on the right spot to choose your size.

Keeps my face from breaking out from the CPAP mask.
This product works great for keeping my face from breaking out from the CPAP mask I must wear nightly. I do wish that these covers were priced less but it does work for what it's intended.

Obey Physics! It’s the LAW!
There are two completely different reasons for buying a product like this. One would be because you need some kind of separation between the mask and your face. If that is what you need, and you don’t want to take a pair of scissors to an old tee-shirt, buy this product. I’m sure it will be great. But the second reason you are considering buying this product is, like me, you are so desperate to solve your mask leaks that you are willing to throw reason and physics out the window and pay approximately $25 for a piece of cotton cloth to create an air-tight leak-proof seal between a piece of silicone and your skin. If that is the only reason you are buying this, stop. Take a deep breath. Now exhale slowly. Relax. The laws of physics (and logic) don’t care that our mask is leaking and causing our partners to have their own sleep disorder. A nice soft piece of cotton will never create an air-tight seal. I’m considering some bathtub caulk, but it doesn’t dry fast enough. <jk> Here’s the raw data of my experience: Took careful placement, but fits my medium ResMed N20 just fine. Very soft and comfortable. Pressure of 9-10 produces a small but steady flow of air uniformly around the perimeter of the mask no matter how I adjusted it. Cold air on my eyes would not allow me to fall asleep. Requesting return and refund. Praying to God to be healed of sleep apnea, but my request is definitely a lower priority than all of the requests to be healed of cancer, AIDS, etc. so I doubt He will get to it anytime soon.
