Great product for the price! It's very hard to open. So much so, I put a piece of paper towel between the mirrors so I can travel with it and still open it without so much difficulty and time in trying to open it.

I bought it because I thought it was beautiful, my sister-in-law bought one and for that reason I bought mine but I was lucky that it arrived damaged, the design is perfect, the price is cheap, I think I'll try next time, now I'm frustrated with my buys

The media could not be loaded.  Update seller sent a replacement. New mirror shuts off as expected. It's compact and bright and the magnify side shows ever pore but it randomly turns on and won't shut off I'm afraid it will burn my house down.

Mirror lights up well! It also is fine without the makeup lights which are very bright.The 7x other side is easy to see! Not impaired, blurry like some mirrors that I have purchased in the past.

Amazing customer service!! Holds a charge for a quite a long long time. Light is very bright. At 17 months the light did stop working. But once I found contact info and realized there was an 18 month warranty, a few emails and I had a replacement within a week. Would definitely recommend and purchase from them again!

Does not stay closed. The ope/close mirror side (so you can insert batteries) does not close well. You may want to reinforce with tape.
