These Ramekins are fantastic, they seem as well made as any porcelain baking dishes my mom ever had, the color is vivid and bright, and the 10oz size is perfect for individual deserts, baked, frozen, or otherwise. I even eat my breakfast cerial from them! I've baked in them, stuck them in the freezer, microwaved in them, and tossed them in the dishwasher and they are holding up great. I don't recommend it, but I've even had one hockey-puck across the dining room floor after trying to carry too many at once, it's fine.

I use these in the oven to make single serving Shepherds Pie, and they are working great. (and yes, I pipette the mash potato into them, because once I saw Gordon Ramsey make a shepherd's pie and realized piping was the best way to get as much of the delicious crunchy mash potato topping.) They're thinly constructed, so it's not a ton of extra weight I'm lifting in and out of the oven while baking in them. They're also sturdy, as I am an occasional dish-dropper in the sink, and I've already gotten to see one survive the plunge to possible doom. They're a great price too for colored ramekins.

These are exactly what I needed. I use them to make little round cakes which I then make into small layer cakes.

You can cook individual desserts such as crème brûlée, cobblers, and cinnamon rolls. Also individual pot pies and even individual biscuits large enough for biscuit and gravy dishes. I’ve tried these oven bowls with all of these recipes and they came out perfectly cooked. I’m glad I bought these oven bowls.

These are really nice and a good size.I just wish they had lids

These dishes are the perfect size for special desserts, like chocolate melting cake or bread pudding or just for ice cream. Also, good for side dishes like grits, baked beans, quiche, fruit salad. Individual breakfast casseroles too.

I like the size and look of the product. You can stack them for storage and they were easy to clean.

These ramekins are not only bright and colorful but they made great baked custard!And, the price was outstanding (below $10)!!
