Product damaged at delivery.
The liquid cleaner had leaked out in the package when it was delivered.The cleaner that was left in the jar did a good job cleaning my jewelry .

Does a decent job but…
This product does as it says.It doesn’t tell you though about the large amount of items like silver/pearls/etc that will be ruined if using this on those. I wish I knew before hand. As for my gold necklace it did a great job. Shiny and fresh.As for silver I wish I knew because the old formula did silver. This is a new formula that is exclusively for gold/platinum/diamonds.

Made my ring like new again
I lost my ring in the garden about 2 years ago. Found it under the hose reel (must have been really preoccupied that day). Looked like an artifact lol. Cleaned the gunk off with just water and my fingers, then bought this. It has those tiny diamonds around the edges so I didn't want to scrub it and possibly knock them loose. After being outside for so long I wasn't sure how it would hold up. Dropped it in the little basket and into the solution for about 30 minutes. Came out looking literally as good as the day we bought it except for the dent from the hose reel (ugh). So shiny! You could actually see the engraving again on the inside. My husband was amazed lol. Its even cleaner than when I first lost it. Definitely a great product.

Disappointed! Money down the drain
Amazon site did not list that this was only for gold, platinum, titanium and precious gems. It is plainly stated on the front of the jar I received, but the photo on the Amazon site does not list these limitations. Additionally, if you want to clean silver or sterling silver, you need to use another product, Weiman Silver Polish.The container arrived and the jar had leaked so blue juice in the packaging. Realized too late for a refund that the jar had been cracked during shipping. Had to throw it out! Money down the drain!

Don’t use precious stones or pearls. Follow instructions a and it works well.
