First, you cannot tell you’re wearing them from the outside. They are very comfortable to wear in your bra. They catch the leaks from my letdowns or just other milk leaks if they are full while I’m sleeping. Yes, during my sleep!!! These work very well at night! I’ve been using them for 2 weeks at night and all day now. I start off sleeping on my stomach and eventually turn to side and back. And they have never leaked! It’s shocking and amazing. And some nights they’ll be half full and still don’t leak! I obviously don’t notice any discomfort with them at night either. Bras are not any tighter than normal either. I’ll get 4oz total in 24 hours of leaked milk that would have normally been in a pad! And that’s with basically no effort (except dumping into bottle and washing with soap daily) definitely no pumping required! The only thing I’ve noticed after using them now for 2 weeks is they can start to smell sour, so daily washing with soap is a must. I even had to soak in vinegar and boil them after a week because soap wasn’t cutting the smell. Also, I like to only wear these at home or a place I’m comfortable setting these out on a table/surface while I BF because they do have to lay flat or be stood up in something so they don’t leak out. Other than that, I don’t feel these at all while wearing and reach for these over pads now!

Overproducer here, I give this a 10000/10. Not noticeable under a good bra, great quality and worth the money. It is so comfortable to wear to the point where sometimes I forget I have it on! My only con is I produce even more at night, and once it reaches the nipple cutout, it's going to leak, so keep this in mind.

I bought these last year after having my first baby. I tired so many different products. These are by far my favorite. I wear them everyday as a breastfeeding mama. They are ACTUALLY discreet, unlike others I've tried. The are thin, and the silicone backing is flexible and molds to your body, making them super comfortable to wear. Although I don't recommend them for regular nighttime wear, I have fallen asleep while wearing them before. They have a close enough seal that when I wake up in the morning little to no milk has leaked. Overall, these are a 10/10 for daily wear and comfort. Not to mention they are really easy to clean. Just pop the front off and you have full access to the inside.

One of the best investments I made postpartum! Not only are they comfortable, they also do their job. Only issue I can see is when the milk catcher is close to full, you must be careful when taking it out to prevent spilling.

I've tried both these and the Haka Petal milk collectors and I can say that these, all around, have a better design. They are significantly easier to clean (the haka petal has nooks and crannies that are difficult to really get into). They felt more secure. They also held up better to accidental bumps, which I attribute to the hard shell, whereas the haka petal has a silicone exterior and has some flex to it.

Works but the soft back still leaves a red ring around the nipple, but it works for short time wear, also can slide in your bra so you might want to put something sticky to keep it inside the bra.

Must have for postpartum. They were so helpful and kept me dry as a first time mom. I used them for 6 months and would buy another pair for my next baby. I cleaned them in my bottle washer regularly and never had a problem with leaking. The nice part about these too, is you can keep the milk from them.

Great invention! Catches so much milk that would otherwise be soaked into pads. Good purchase for sure !

Un indispensable que j'aurais aimé avoir dès la naissance ! Ayant déjà essayé : - coquillages d'allaitement 🐚 ( douloureux au bout d'un moment + fuites ) - et coussinets d'allaitement lavables ( absorbaient toute la crème de soin trop rapidement + fuites en cas de montée de lait) J'ai ENFIN trouvé ces petites merveilles et c'est un bonheur ! Se glisse sans galère dans brassière / soutien gorge d'allaitement ou de sport, assez discret, n'appuie pas trop et surtout aucunes fuites à déplorer. Je les utilise aussi bien la journée que la nuit, ils ne gênent absolument pas et depuis, adieu les hauts ou matelas mouillés. Je les recommande à 3000% c'est réellement un indispensable !

My doctor recommended the hakaa one, but I decided to do my research and I read a detailed positive review here so decided to get the elvie and I’m so glad I did! Super easy to use and finally done with leaking the whole time and having to change my clothes 10x a day lol, not really noticeable under the bra and you definitely don’t feel them

Facili da usare e di ottima fattura. Li uso per raccogliere le perdite dal lato opposto rispetto a dove si attacca il mio bimbo e mi permette di non sporcarmi ma anche di raccogliere il latte per futuri utilizzi!

I use these almost daily, every time I go out for sure. Easy to clean, discreet, good material, comfortable. I like that it holds a bit more than the ones with the hole in the centre since I leak a lot. 100% recommend.

I absolutely LOVE these! This is a great way to catch and use your dripping milk for baby instead of using pads that absorb the milk, then have to throw away after. I'm currently breastfeeding and this has saved me so much money, they are comfortable and discreet under clothing. I would highly recommend giving this a try, I wish I knew about it earlier with my first baby.
