Bought for a wardrobe built into the coldest corner of the house in a bedroom where condensation has always seemed to be a problem and some damp from a roof leak earlier this month (now fixed) seems to be persisting.Arrived and set it up yesterday and this morning emptied the smallish reservoir of around 100ml water. We bought a damp meter so plan to monitor how it works and to run it until the wardrobe runs "dry".It's quiet when running and since it's inside a wardrobe with a closed door, we ran it through the night and people were able to sleep through without noticing.

I've had this for a while but held off leaving a review until I could be absolutely sureI use it in my tiny kitchen which can get very steamy and damp when I'm cooking. I had a real mould problem despite using the extractor fan.After running this it made an amazing difference. I need to empty it about once a week when it fills. It has cut down the dampness and provides water that I use for my kitchen plants :)You need to remember to turn the unit off while you're emptying the water chamber or it will run when you take it out. Also, you need to restart it manually if you have a power cut... but as that just involves pressing a button it's not difficult.Overall it's a good investment for little rooms

We currently have 4 of these spread around the house including keeping one under the clothes airer. Our most recent purchase developed a faulty motor within 2 weeks but one phone call to PureMate and a replacement was sent by next day delivery. Brilliant customer service, can't recommend enough.Each machine collects about an inch of water over 48 hours, ideal for small rooms. For our larger living room we have 2, one at either end of the room.Easy to use, and doesn't cost much to run....

This is great at taking excess water out of the air. My daughter uses it in her room at uni and it has made a huge difference.Arrived on time . Great value and Great product

My mum's bedroom suffers really bad with damp & mould her windows are full of condensation constantly, I got her this and this is what it had collected after just 24hrs and her window is dry, can't recommend enough

Unfortunatly i received a faulty one so returned it. I repurchased somewhere else because it was £10 cheaper and it works great in our large wardrobe. Clothes stay nice and dry and collects a lot of water.I couldnt recommend for any spaces larger as this is only a small unit.

Good item for a small room

Goods arrived earlier than expected. We have purchased it for our caravan. Unable at moment to judge how efficient it works.
