Bought because it was a great deal and because the menthol really does help soothe my 22mo old daughter along with the heat from her bath. I was a little worried about how the menthol would really be in a bath for my toddler (mostly her eyes) but so far she's doing well. My husband was really congested one day and I even told him to use it in a bath for himself--helped soothe him as well but it's obviously not as potent as Vicks Vaporub. I will probably always have this in stock in my house for when the kids are feeling under the weather.

If you are at the big red pharmacies late one night, picking up cold meds, Baby Vapo Rub and see the store brand vapor bath...just keep on walking! It's junk. This bath has more of a fragrant punch with essential oils, while being gentle on the most delicate skin of your little one. I order these online and keep three extras in my cabinet, the cabinet of both out-of-town grandmothers, etc. It's that good. Runny noses rapidly commence while sitting in a nice warm bath scented with soothing vapor bath. It's a nice prelude to the baby rub all over the chest.

I am hesitant to use this on my baby, but for me, it works great. Menthol can make some people feel cold in the bath and that feeling could be very uncomfortable for a baby. It appears this product may have been discontinued by J&J for this reason.The vapors in the bath do work, but for my deep tub I had to use a lot of product to get a decent amount of vapors.

Not very much like the Johnson's Vapor Bath that I used with my oldest child starting 15 years ago. This product still has the menthol, but seems less intense and mixed with some other fragrant stuff. It seems like a blend between the old vapor bath and the old "bedtime bath" products. I would prefer that if manufacturers want to sell "new Coke", they would give it a new name. We're using it, but at 50 cents an ounce, I'm disappointed. I'll be looking for the generic drugstore brands of vapor bath, which are much less expensive, to see if I can find something closer to the old Johnson's vapor bath formula.

This has become the staple product in our house for dealing with colds. A warm bath with this mixed in goes a long, long way to soothing our kids. I've used it myself on occasion to help with congestion. The vapors are very similar to vapor rub, so this isn't medication that works all night. But it does help my kids feel soothed and be able to breathe normally for a while, helping the transition to bed with a cold much more pleasant.

I have a 15 yr old son and 12 yr old son and used this product since both of them were newborns. Til this day they love this vapor bath and use it every Fall and Winter to relieve their aches, pain from sports, and relax themselves in their bath tubs before bed. The strength is not as powerful as I remember, big the boys didn't notice a thing! Will continue to buy, as long my kids love them.

So disappointed. I bought a new one to my baby and it's not the same I used to have. They still use the same bottle, color, but is not for colds anymore, now it says for fussy babies. No eucalyptus or menthol, it doesn't work anymore for stuffy nose or cold. I still have a little bit of an old one and the smell is so good and works for baby cold. I will try some other brand that contains the ingredients.Why did they change the formula? Definitely I don't recommend it anymore, it seems like a regular bubble bath.

Bought this product after reading the reviews about how it has helped people who suffer from migraines. It was bought for my daughter who suffers from migraines but since using this product she has not suffered any at all.
