Brilliant purchase, looks amazing, good quality
The metal parts looks great (antique brass). I fitted this using just the chain for support so it would look better with my new ceiling rose. The glass takes ages to fit but it is totally worth it. Don't forget to wear the gloves to stop smudging the glass.Oh....and it is real glass. I don't know why one of the other reviews says it's acrylic.

Beautiful light
Very sturdy light, colour not quite a bronze but still lovely, took a while doing the top leven due to the rim but after that only 30 mins or so to do the rest. Only just put up, so will see how it goes.Worth getting, I've had people asking about it already

No sparkle
Acrylic not crystal. This light is pretty from a distance, but there's no sparkle.I'd return it if the electrician hadn't already put it up while I was out, and he said it took him 2hrs before of all the 'crystals'. Very dissapointed. Going to have to buy real crystals now to try and make it nicer.

Great product
Additional glass crystals are included for breakage, they all need to be individually attached - takes time. Best to attach all hooks to crystals first, then attach crystals to frame. For top ring - use one hand through centre of frame and other on outside - use included flat bar to flatten hooks.

Wrong size diameter chandelier.
The product specification was a 20 inch diameter chandelier. The one delivered was 13 inch diameter??
