Love them!
This starter set replaced all my old nonstick pans and pots. They heat faster and are well made. Handles can be removed and they are safe in the oven. The only thing to be careful of is not to hold the handle too close, the metal part on the handle is hot during cooking. I'm expecting they last much longer than regular nonstick ones.

Love EuroCast!
I have had my first EuroCast set for a couple years now. When I saw this set I had to get it for our RV. I love these. Nothing stick and they clean so easily. Love the removable handles so you can go from stovetop to oven. They are also great for an induction cooktop which I also have on our RV outdoor kitchen. They’re not heavy like cast iron but easy to lift. They also stack nicely in your cabinet.

Inside coating peeling off
Purchased Oct. 2020, used for 6 months, stored in kitchen cabinet 1 year, then resumed using for past year. Never used metal utensils in the pan. Very disappointed at the peeling of the coating on the inside cooking surface given the expensive price. I had assumed the German technology would be far superior than most, assumed wrong.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BRAND OF COOKWARE. MY EUROCAST STARTER SET IS OUTRAGEOUS!
I have been using my starter set for a few weeks and am blown away with pure delight. The benefits are countless, but here are a few. I researched the importance of cooking with non-toxic cookware. Cooking healthy food for my family is a top priority. Eurocast is the first non-toxic cookware I've used, and I'll never cook on a different brand, ever! The "nonstick" thing is outrageous. NOTHING will stick to my Eurocast pans. I made Mac & Cheese, ate most of it, and burned the remaining portion, on purpose to really test Eurocast. I mean burnt, as in black. I added some cold water while the pan was still incredibly hot, and the burnt portion lifted, raised itself and self-cleaned! In the past, this type of clean up would have been an overnight soak hoping some magical cleaning process would happen while I was sleeping. The backup to that plan was a stealthy maneuver into the garbage. I enjoy the flexibility of taking the handles off to finish a sear in the oven or simply using this cookware for baking. The real power of Eurocast is the complete elimination of butter, oil, grease and spray in the cooking process. I cannot imagine how many calories my family is saving in additional to fat and cholesterol reduction. That benefit alone makes Eurocast nothing short of a lifestyle improvement. I plan on years and years of reaping the benefits of my starter set and the confidence knowing this cookware will be passed along to my children and theirs.

Love!!!
This is the best pan set ever!! I got an induction stove and did not like using stainless steel or cast iron pans, so I am so thankful these work on induction! They are so easy to clean, I love them.

Best cooking pans I've tried
I liked that food does not stick. Even if i burn food very easy to clean. I just hope that this is the way they always work n does not peel. If that is the case great investment

Be informed
I would like to update my last review. The pans we received didn't come with instructions. We got another pan with instructions and it works perfectly. Here are a few tid-bits. When you first get your pan, wash it..of course. Put it on low-medium heat on your stove, add a little cooking oil and rub it in with a paper towel, bottom and sides. The pan will absorb the oil. Continue to add and rub in oil until it doesn't absorb any long. Turn the heat off and let cool. Rub out the remainder of the oil with a paper towel. Once you do this, it will work like a non-stick pan. Periodically repeat this process or...or use oil once in a while when cooking. You will love these pans!!
