Purchased as a Christmas stocking stuffer for a relative who does a lot of his own repairs. He loved it and has commented several times on how often he has used it. Keeps it on a keychain in his toolbox. This tool can replace a bunch of screwdrivers, etc and easily fits into tight spaces. Very versatile and useful. Its small size and hanging ring makes it easy to keep in car, pocket, backpack or bag. A thoughtful small gift.

I ordered 5 of these for Christmas presents. Looks like a neat gadget but I have not tried it out myself. The reason I did not give it more stars is that one of them is defective. There is supposed to be a hole in it to put on a key ring. One of the items was not machined properly and the hole is not open for use. I tired to punch it out thinking it may be lose and just needs a little help, but no...this one cannot be used as a keyring.

So far I've only used I've only used the Snowflake to try and open packages. And, that was a major failure. On every attempt to cut through packaging tape, I had to put down the Snowflake and use a box cutter. So far not happy 🙅🏽‍♀️

I gave it a five because it is all of the above. Great product. Handy to carry in the glove box, purse, or if you are so inclined, your key ring. I highly doubt it’s going to replace anyone’s regular screwdrivers. It’s great in a pinch.

This snowflake tool isn't as nice as others I have purchased. The heads for the various tools isn't as precise a size as could be... they don't fit as many screws etc as I would have hoped. But, it made a super stocking stuffer and the guys seemed to like them ok.

When they counted 18 ways to use, it has different wrench openings and different screwdriver heads ... that's it. It's okay, just over-hyped. It's sturdy enough. It's definitely a convenience tool.

Haven’t really tried this, just got it, but it is very sturdy and there are so many different ways to use this. I put this into my toolbox, can’t wait to try it!

Very versatile and convenient. Obviously if the screw your trying to reach in deep in a small space that it’s too wide for but good otherwise

There is one flat edge screwdriver and one cross point both of which are not very useful because the paint doesn’t allow a straight edge making it difficult to actually undo anything with them. Was going to use as a stocking filler but don’t think it’s worth it as wouldn’t say it’s going to be very useful.

Ordered two of these at the same time. One arrived in a little square blue case, one separately in a black round case. As a present, I removed the white sticky label with the bar code from the blue one, no problem. Tried the same on the black case but the surfact of the mock leather came off with it. So I now have a gadget with a distincly unpresentable case. I assume both are actually the same product - look and weigh the same

The product is great and is exactly as described. But, if you want it for a gift or to keep it in the case then this is a problem. The sticker on it brings with it the material on the casing. Sending back today for refund. Going to order another in the hope that there is no sticker!

The tool looks and feels very sturdy but the design is not very good. I had some screws that I coulnd't unscrew with this tool, even though they were the right type. And that's because the metal bit next to the end (the area next to the star's 'corners') is to close. It won't let me rotate the screw and unscrew it because it would hit a metal part that's next to the screw itself. I needed to buy a proper one with a longer handle.

I thought this gift would be an usual for a 15 year old boy as it seemed to have a lot of uses. I am very disapointed that there is no information in the package as just getting the item in a small box, no one knows how much you can do with it. As it is I wont be giving it to him as I dont think he will understand what to do with it. It definately needs a sheet with a list of all the various jobs it could do. I think you might get a lot back as it not useful as it stands.A waste of money as it is now.
