Not the best option on a windy day
The stick which comes with the balloons are not strong enough to stay together.On a good whether it’s perfect but on a windy day it’s nightmare.The base was very small .Despite putting water to make it durable on the ground it wasn’t big enough to keep the balloons in the place .With little bit of wind it just got dragged away.

Easy to use and worked great
These worked just as expected and it was really easy to make a nice balloon arch - first try! The garland strip is very easy to use, the tie tool saved my fingers, and the sticky dots are so handy for finishing the whole look. Will be using them all again soon for the next birthday.
