The Homeowner's Book of Records (Black)

I got this so I could organize all my household records. Very good quality and the envelopes make it easy to stay organized. Really great if you need to get your hands on something quick. Better than having to dig thru files or papers. Also great organization for helping anyone who might be taking over your estate in the future.

I always get this binder for my clients when we close on a new home. It's helpful to put the contract in and the pockets for receipts are nice in there. My clients like having their docs in one place

I had so many folders and ziplocks with all the information that neatly fits in this one binder! I wish I had purchased when I 1st bought my home, but 20 years later I'm happy to have it so that everything is organized and in 1 place. Great idea. You can probably do the same with a regular binder and some folders but this motivated me to get things organized.
