Super easy to use and very comfortable. The heat setting is what I usually use and it seems it last maybe 10 minutes before shutting off. I have used the cooling pad a couple of times I do need to loosing the strap when I use it.

However, the 1st one broke a few days after the return date. The prong that plugs into the mask would not stay in. It's like it stretched so it won't stay in.

This is easy to use. The warmth is very relaxing and puts me to sleep. Helps with sinus pressure also.

This product was supposed to be a gift.

Works great but could get a little bit warmer! Other than that I am satisfied. Got it while I had covid but this is going to be great for sinus infections too!

I've tried this mask a couple of times now and even on it's highest setting it does not produce any noticeable heat. After wearing it for 20 minutes it did feel warm but I have to wonder how much of that was my own body heat. Really disappointed in spending money on this since it's non-returnable.

Stopped working after third use. Tried unplugging, reseating plug on mask to no luck. $40 for three uses is a bit much.

I have the same negative review as the others here. However, I really enjoyed it until it through the unclearable error lights at me. Usually heating pads can be reset by unplugging them and plugging them back in. After several accidental unplugs (because it's a delicate attachment) it won't reset. This has now happened with two different ones. How many times am I going to have to return these to find one that stays working?Also, I could not find their manual for it (HP-G42AJ) online. They do the manuals by numbers, but it doesn't seem to have that one listed.

Even after operating the heating feature for 15 minutes at the highest setting, the mask barely feels warm. Not helpful at all. Cooling gel mask is ok, but without the heating feature this mask is not worth the money

The media could not be loaded. The one piece does not fit into the other piece on the face because it has a pin inside it, so the end piece should be different it seems.I tried to plug it in and the remote flashes and turns off, you cannot set it to low, medium or high. It's definitely faulty!!Worthless, and the worst thing is that the seller is not offering a refund, exchange or accepting returns, so the company just got rich of me and I'm stuck with a piece of expensive junk that doesn't work!!Im not impressed, I should've bought it from Canadian Tore at least they offer an exchange or refund but now that I see what kind of a cheap junky product it is I wouldn't and won't recommend it to anyone!

Doesn't heat up much even on the highest setting.

I just received it today! not working and not heating and Amazon says no return option! It is much cheaper in stores, I just pursued it trusting Amazon and I wasted 40 dolars!
