I purchased this cable to install a home theater 5.1 system. It’s being used on my center, front and rear speakers. I have no issues at all with the quality. I don’t notice any issues with the sound as well. The cable is about the size of a crayon, maybe slightly smaller. If you’re going to be tacking this down the standard cable brackets will fit these. The only complaint I have is that the cable got stuck in the box a few times and I had to pull pretty hard to get it out. Otherwise everything was easy to use and seemed to be good quality.

Exactly what I needed to wire speakers to the different rooms in my shop, without breaking the bank! The cable also looks good (much like a TV cable or a network cable) if that is a factor in your decision. The appearance was irrelevant for my situation, considering it's in an automotive shop. As for sound quality, I have noticed no difference and I was running some high end bulk car audio speaker wire I had lying around before. That stuff is pricey though and doesn't really gain anything. I would recommend this wire for sure

Exactly are described; this is a better than average quality solution for low voltage ( confirm the current/load rating for the length of your run) delivery as well as audio speakers. Good quality insulation is easy to work with and the outter cover make it easy to use and dress the the completed installation for a neat professional appearance, even if you don't need the plenum rated cable the cost is quite reasonable so you can use it anyway.

Originally, this cable was purchased to add a speaker on a 70-volt system in a restroom during a remodel. After using it in several other applications since purchasing it, I'm extremely happy to report this cable has worked well no matter where I've used it. Each run is exclusively chained to either a TOA or a Bose 70-volt power amplifier, and the sound quality of every speaker connected with this wire is just as good as it would have been had I opted for a more expensive brand of cable. Both the external jacket and the jacket covering each strand of wire are thick and feel sturdy. All the cable runs I've installed go through an attic space where temperatures can be anywhere from -20F to 100F+ depending upon the time of year. I've had no issues with durability under those conditions so far, so you can be confident this stuff will hold up where it's needed.
