Much more potency = mg in powder form.
Of the various Braini products I've used, (4) they all containthese basic ingredients for starters - (then some have additional nutrition added)The powder doesn't mix in water without coxing / smashing but doesn't havesettlement in the glass. The drink smells like flax / algae? but doesn't taste as strong as it smells. This wouldn't be noticed in smoothies. If adding to water only, this is a good time to gab one of your favorite gummies.to get the taste out of your mouth. And - although it isn't a lot - it dose cause burps like fish sourced omegas.I've just started taking this powder form so it's to soon to know it's effectivenessbut it does seem a good product,>>> Braini's proprietary blend includes -> Peptylin (pure silk protein peptides from silk moth cocoon fibers)> Neurxcel (plant-based omegas 3-6-9) seed oil> Wild Canadian Blueberry fruit powder (natural antioxidants)they say it's designed to have both short and long term cognitive function benefits. It's interesting that they also have this blend in a capsule. But this powder is 2.3 grams per scoop (2,300mg) - capsule being smaller it's only 700mg.https://www.amazon.com/Braini-Clinically-Tested-Supplement-Challenge/dp/B08M5S9D7V/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8Both are 30 days supplyCapsule - bottle total 700mg times 30 = 21,000mg over 30 days (2 daily) for $70.00This powder - container total 2.3grams (2,300mg) times 30 = 69,000mg for $116.00> First thing is suggested to go to there website and take a brain power test.> Find a quite place with no interruptions for 15-20 minutes.> Find the Brain Power test link in your emails.Take the first test. > Start taking Braini > 30 days later you'll receive the next Braini power test1 scoop daily = 30 days

Good promises!
This company guarantees improvement in cognitive ability after 30 days. My father has been having some memory loss or some sort of brain fogginess. He is a brilliant guy, very quick and witty and very smart-- so it's hard to notice unless he just can't recall something he should be able to recall. However, it's definitely bothering him so I found this product for him to try.He is trying to finish another product first, and doesn't want to mix the two (even though I think he safely could-- they're different ingredients, entirely), so he hasn't started it yet. However, the company sends a cognitive test right when you plan to begin the product and then 30 days later. They think you'll see improvement and they guarantee some improvement. That's good, because this stuff is not cheap. It's worth it if you have some improvement but, you might as well know for sure, and not be thinking, "Well, I think this might be working, but it's hard to tell . .. "Recommended.

Not worth the 10 hours I'd have to put in at work to pay for It
Okay, so the ultimate question is this: Do I feel like this product justifies it's price...?And through my experience, I have to answer like this:NO - I have not received any NOTICABLE benefit that would entice me to spend $120 (which is equivalent to roughly 10 hours of work in the warehouse I work in, after taxes) out of pocket to dedicate to acquiring more of this product. With that said, it's very normal for me NOT to feel any benefits of whatever supplement I am taking... I can feel negative side effects if it doesn't blend well with my chemistry...but I don't believe I've ever actually felt a NOTICABLE difference from adding a supplement to my daily intake. So I may not be the best at reviewing this product... But in any case, as much as I feel like the brand is well represented, and conveys that their product is of particular higher quality; I personally just don't feel the need to spend that $120 on something I'll never really experience.... (Or at least be aware of experiencing...)

Might be worth trying
This is an extremely expensive supplement because it contains bombyx mori peptide, that is, an ingredient that is extracted from silkworm cocoons. According to one scientific article I found, "reliable evidence suggests that sericin is a bioactive compound that improves blood pressure, gastrointestinal function, and wound healing," but apparently the silk fibroin that is the bioactive compound is very costly to extract from that sericin.Whether this compound helps brain health is not clear from the scientific literature I could find.In any case, I was willing to try this item given its health-inducing properties.I'm not unhealthy. I'm very healthy but I just want to stay healthy and as young as possible for as long as possible. This jar of brain powder, which contains 30 servings, also contains omega 3-6-9 seed oil, so I could only take it when I was not taking any other fish oil or vegetable omega oil product. (so as not to overload on omega oil).I like the fact that it also contains blueberry fruit powder, as blueberries are extremely healthful and a great antioxidant.I can't really tell after using this for 30 days whether or not it made a difference, and I would not be able to afford this item on a continued basis. But for those with real concerns about diminished brain power, it might be worth trying.
