Great Suction
This is a great product but need to measure the area it is to be used on. The suction heads are to big for my area and so had to put it in the shower before the shower gets wet. Then has to resuck it everytime you use. It is a great product. Arrived when stated and no damage to the package.

Impressive
Instructions, with pictures, were clear and in good English, explaining how to clean the surface and how to attach the grab bar. It is clear that the suction cups will not adhere to painted, porous, rough surfaces of drywall and that they may loosen over time. However, once attached to a smooth surface, it is impossible to pull off without releasing the levers. The instruction sheet also lists some other uses for the grab bar that will be useful to some users. I am very pleased with this product.

Very Secure
Wonderful product it does what it's supposed to do to the extreme and is a very affordable price. It's light weight and I would buy it again and suggest this to friends and relatives. Thanks again hygiene first for this wonderful product

They are good for a little while
December 31st, These handles were just what I needed and still do, for recovering from knee replacement , for security while showering.The first set one would not lock down, sent them back for replacement. The next ones worked, but did not attempt to unlock them!Today, February 19th, while using one of the handles one side slipped down and AGAIN will not lock back on that side!! Going to call Amazon now!

Very secure!!
I really love the strength of the suction cups on this. The tabs to securely attach it are a nice addition. I'm disabled and it's always scary for me to get in and out of the tub. I will definitely be buying a second one for inside the tub. I used to live in 62+ facility that had a bar installed all around the tub but, I've recently moved in with my boyfriend and he wanted to make sure i was safe for when he's out of town. He's glad that this works for me.

Disapointed
Out of the box I cleaned the surfaces and installed it as directed. Took a shower and it worked great but I needed it to be a bit lower. So I removed it, re-cleaned everything and tried to re-position it. I could not get it to lock in place. The locking levers would not lock in place. I re-cleaned, soaked the cups in hot water, but nothing I tried worked. I could not get the levers to lock in place. So the grab bar is useless.

Does not hold
We have perfectly flat tiles in our shower stall. As per instruction, we have wiped it clean with rubbing alcohol and had it dried. Then we pressed the locks, which was rather hard to do. The handle stuck very tightly, one could not separate it from the wall even pressing with my entire weight. Looked like it could provide a reliable support... but in 5 or 10 minutes it fell on its own weight. The same story was on the second try.

Don’t purchase it’s a waste of money
I ordered this product 4/19/21 to ensure once I had a surgery procedure done I’d be stable getting in and out of the shower. I was happy with this grab bar until tonight 5/20/21. One of the grey levers that latch the bar down to securely hold it in place randomly unlatched now it will NOT latch back down. The bar is now unsafe and slides down my shower/tub enclosed. I’m one day past the return time frame so there’s that irritant. I don’t recommend this product.
