Condensate Pump Switch Zingear G606 s Crouzet 83133169

Apparently, this switch reverses as it ages. I noticed that when it was empty, the motor would be running non-stop but when I try add some water, it would not work. I was about to buy a new unit until I came along to this which replaced the broken part and saved me a good amount. Easy to install and has been working for months without any issues.

Bought this switch to replace the one that failed on my heater's condensate pump. It looked to be an exact replica and fit perfect. This inexpensive switch (@ $6) saved me a bunch of money and the hassle of trying to figure out which condensate pump I would need to buy as a replacement. The switch came with a note from the seller, explaining how he had a similar issue with his condensate pump and commisioned a bunch of these to be made as there were none available on the open market. I applaud and thank that guy, because with his solution to his misfortune, a whole bunch of us would be replacing pump units instead of inexpensive, easily replaced switches. It took a mere couple of minutes to install the switch and get my pump back up and running. It has been nearly 6 months since I installed it and it worked trouble free. If your condensate pump has a similar switch that is faulty, I highly recommend this as a replacement instead of shelling out 10+ times the amount for a new pump.

This replacement microswitch was identical to the Crouzet part in my Little Giant VCMX-20ULST condensate pump. Without warning and less than one (1) year old, my condensate pump stopped activating automatically when filled with condensation discharge from the air handler of my Trane residential electric split heat pump. The owner's manual's troubleshooting page suggested a bad switch as a probable reason and a call to the manufacturer's tech support department confirmed this.Online research using the Crouzet part number (printed on the switch housing) brought me to this Amazon listing. I ordered two (2) of these switches so I'd have an extra one on hand in case of a possible future switch failure.This microswitch came with a very detailed instruction sheet which I didn't really need, although it was extremely well-written. I had already disassembled my Little Giant's pump housing and located the microswitch so installing the new part was easy once it arrived. Upon installing this replacement microswitch, my condensate pump once again works perfectly well!

It took a few seconds to swap out the tired 20 yr old switch due to metal fatigue. Product worked awesome like clockwork!!. The seller communicates very clearly on a piece of well written letter and the way is run impressed me as a model for how a true American family business should be run. You wont regret buying anything from these folks.

We have a bunch of expensive condensate pumps that we declared dead, all of which failed because of a cheap switch. This little switch is EASY to replace and comes with a humorous and complete instruction sheet. The switch was a direct drop-in replacement for both my WaterAce WACND and Little Giant VCMA-15ULS switches. In the Little Giant, simply follow the instructions provided. In the WaterAce, you need to pry out the small plastic retaining rivets; do so carefully and they can be reused. In both cases, the repair can be made without removing the entire pump assembly and thus sparing you from needing to replace the water connection terminal. I bought four of these switches and promptly fixed three of my pumps - all work precisely as they did originally again. Very pleased.

My Little Giant NXTGen VCMX-20ULS condensate pump broke recently. The pump just would not turn off. I opened it up and diagnosed the problem to be a broken float switch that was always-on.I ordered this replacement switch and swapped it in today and now it's working great again. It took very little effort.If your condensate pump breaks down, consider replacing the switch instead of buying a new one entirely. It's very easy to repair and the package I received came with instructions on how to replace it as well.
