Wow! I’ve been having elbow pain for about 2 months and these sleeves helped me feel a positive change as soon as I put them on. It took a minute to figure out the recommended alignment,. Ie where the different pattern stitching goes. I’m loving them so far. Hopefully they hold up with washing. (Hand washing and air dry is recommended in the instructions. I’m a 5’2”, 190lb female and the medium size feels good.

The size was the right fit for me. I find it soft and not bulky to wear. It provides nice support with right tension for my arm and elbow. Not too tight nor loose. It's versatile and I can wear it all day.

Bought this to help with elbow tendonitis. It is light and comfortable. I ordered based off the size chart and it fits exactly as I needed. It’s thin and breathable tho a bit warm to wear in the summer desert heat but it’s thin enough that I can leave it on while I wear an ice pack over it. Easy to use as I can take it on and off and adjust when needed. Instructions say not to put in the washer or dryer, but I’ve run it thru the wash on a gentle cycle and hung it to dry and it dries quickly and has still retained its compression and comfort. It was exactly what I expected and needed.

(The first picture is right out the washer and dryer, not MANY fuzz balls on it as I have already purchased a "fuzz ball lint remover" to take care of them. It's embarrassing to go to work and be covered in fuzz balls, even after lint rolling) (The second picture is my arm after 10 mins of wearing it) It does what's it's supposed to do I guess.... I tried one from Walmart and it was "one size fits all". But absolutely did not. So I got these. They are tight enough for compression for a few hrs and then become loose and you're just wearing it...it also REALLY irritates the inside fold of my elbow. Causing rashes and imprints from the pattern of the sleeve from constantly rubbing my skin. It makes my skin very red and itchy and is almost intolerable. I'm a dental assistant and an constantly resting my elbows on the arm of the assistant chair for work, so it helps with cushion on my elbow. I've been battling bursitis for weels and was told to keep a brace for compression on it as much as I can.... So I would rather have it than not...but I can only wear it so long before I HAVE to rip it off my arm and scratch and let my skin breathe! It's almost like if you have a hair tie on your wrist and fall asleep, wake up and have the intention from it. The pain and constant itching until your skin goes back to normal"... Once you wash and dry it, it fits more snug like when I first received them, but they stretch out quickly with long term wear and don't seem to keep the same amount of compression or tightness as they start with. They are thick enough to keep the elbow protected/cushioned....but like I said, I can only tolerate it for so long before I HAVE to take it off.

These really helped my tennis elbow. Fit well. Easy on and off. Great option for support.

I have tennis elbow. My old brand was stretched out. This brand is amazing. Great fabric and tight fit. Doesn't move while weight lifting. I thought it was to tight but while working out you don't notice it. If you want to wear for help during the day you may want to size up. My arm was 12.5" around so on edge of med and large. Med better for work out. Large better for just general wearing.

It does what it says. They look big, but they actually fit very well and provide enough compression.
