I bought this product for my brother for Christmas who has major recurring back pain. Seems to be good quality.

The first thing to know about this unit is that it provides a deep intense stretch, maybe/probably more than is comfortable for most people.I was disappointed with the lack of customizable controls. You can't control the tilt or the airbag. You can just turn it on and you get what you get, the only control you have is to turn it off. This was disappointing because I like to be in full control of the level of stretch and which side to stretch. This just didn't offer that like I'd hoped it would.Unfortunately I may have also gotten a dud. After trying out each mode for maybe a minute each, I couldn't get it to turn back on. It's just stopped working completely after less then 5 minutes.I can't recommend this, especially at the current crazy price at over $100.

If you spend a lot of time seating down or have a high tolerance for pain this device is not for you. The highest setting for massage is not deep enough. The “rollers” move well and without much noise but they are too much apart which makes it difficult to work on the target area in the lower back.

I am still getting used too this , positioning is a little tricky to me , by that I mean staying on correctly. But heard a few pops in my back and when I stud up I could feel the difference. I would recommend having one of these devices.

If you have serious back pain this product is not for you... It doesn't massage, it barely vibrates., and it doesn't stretch anything. I have some serious back issues and have found many products to help. This is not one of them by any means.
