Super bright - in fact, I question whether or not the box really did contain warm white as ordered. The outside box is marked warm white, the ten inner boxes are anonymous.The lamps appear well constructed - with the LEDs encase in what appears to be a silicone material. They look quite robust and first impressions when handling them are good.However, the buzz & the flicker made them completely unusable. They were removed within minutes and the halogens that they had replaced were reinstalled.Overall, very disappointing.

I used these lamps in a 8 lamp bedroom fitting. Initially they didn't work because the current they draw is too low for the old inbuilt 12v power supply which was designed to supply 80 Watts not 12. I left one halogen lamp in as a temporary solution which worked fine. I subsequently replaced the supply although I don't recommend this if you don't know what you are doing.

A good replacement had to leave one halogen bulb in to meet the wattage requirements of the transformer, but they all match and you can’t tell which is the halogen bulb

These LED's are brighter and far more efficient and reliable than halogen capsules. 5 stars.
