Great product; fresh date paste so I can make my own date, coconut and walnut treats . They are very expensive to buy at the organic stores and now I can make my own in just minutes in food processor. I will continue to buy from this company...very affordable.UPDATE:I have started mixing the paste with oats, coconut and papaya powder and eat about three treats every day and have stopped having intestinal difficulties from all the frigging medicine I am on. Believe me, this works!

I order the a second the ssix-packed a second time after tasting the first order. The Baking Dates can be eaten as is like jam. I ate it as a dessert jam. Really good especially after refrigerated. I recommend this company and its product highly. I will buy again after I finish my 6-packed Baking Dates.

These dates are a wonderful solution to making old-fashioned date-nut bread, the kind that was rich and dark and moist. I use the old Dromedary recipe and can't make enough of this. We like it with cream cheese spread over the slices. It is a paste of dates so doesn't need chopping or cooking. I use one package in the recipe and it is perfect. The dates you buy from California just don't work the same. I searched and searched for this product and am just so pleased to have found it finally. Lots of others wrote about that same search so guess I'm not the only old date-nut bread lover out there.

I love this product for baking, but also very versatile for other purposes. Can be used as a flavorful sweetener in a salad dressing (blend well with oil, vinegar, seasonings). Also super for making date snacks rolled in nuts or coconut.
