Great gift, but although the wood mount is a nice touch, a gift box would've been a nice touch as well.

I specifically bought these because they chime when used, as a true baoding ball should. I use them to keep the joints in my hands loose. The longer you use them the warmer they get which helps with arthritis pain. They are pretty, functional and the perfect weight. I would definitely recommend them for anyone with RA.
