Carhartt Boys' Active Jac Quilt Lined Jacket Coat

I bought a size Large 14/16 for a kid who is 5ft4 and weighs no more than 100 lbs (tall and thin). The sleeves are just long enough and it's a loose fit everywhere else. The next size up was way too baggy. I like the elastic waist and wrist bands to help keep the cold out. Seems to be the durable quality I expect from Carhartt.

Very thick but runs big.

I bought this jacket in a size 10-12for my seven year old son. He’s a bit bigger for his age. He said this was the most comfortable coat that he has ever had and it gives him a little bit of room to grow into hopefully for next winter!

I bought this coat in youth small for my 4 year old son. He is a big for his age, after reading reviews of others purchases, regarding size, I chose not to follow the sizing chart, and buy him the small. So glad I did, it was a perfect, even has room to grow.As always, a quality product from Carhartt. Its durable, warm, and just like daddy's. He loves it!

Great coat, lasting thru Minnesota winters. It's works as a shell, so you'll for sure want to put a hoodie under it if its below freezing, maybe add a sweater if it's in the negatives. Very durable, prefect for adventurous kids.

Great jacket for our toddler! Warm and thick. Held up great in the wash. Worked well for rain and some snow.

Sprayed with woods nano and the water just beads off. Son has used this for over a year camping and helping me work on the truck. Buying the next size up as soon as he out grows this one

Great quality, made with sturdy thick material. I bought as a fall coat, but ended up being of thicker material and it is now winter and my son is still wearing it.My son's only complaint is that it is too "puffy" this may be due to sizing but I also think it is part of the design to not be as form fitting. He did struggle to do up his own zipper in the beginning because he could not see it due to the "puffiness." He's since figured out how to manage this.

Jacket is very warm

This was for my little grandson, and it’s perfect, he loves it and it’s a great quality outdoor coat for an active little guy. Definitely recommend this to anyone.
