DIIBasic Everyday Ribbed Tabletop 100% Cotton, Placemat Set, 13x19, French Blue, 6 Piece

Love these bright red ribbed placemats from DII. They are a great size and the color is so bright & inviting! I will definitely be looking for more colors to add to my collection. It’s a great buy!

So after having the placemats for a short time and a few washes. The color has faded about 50% and they shrunk about 2 in. H/W.Material is heavy but need to iron them to have a flat place to put a plate.

I like that these are washable and are pretty sturdy but when washed they don't really hold their original shape well even when I dry them flat or iron them. I do like the color and am getting full use of them everyday.

Corners curl when washed

I got the dark purple. They have been through several washes and the color is just as deep as it was when they were new.

I was hoping the color would be more muted than the 1st photo and it is. Dusky blue teal not a green teal. The ribbed 100% cotton material makes these well suited for a casual setting. My favorite mat was a different teal one in a linen/cotton smooth pressed look material. But, since I will be hand washing these and drip dry drying in an RV, I decided that one would be too hard to make look nice without an iron. I washed these according to directions and they did great through the machine wash and drip dry. I did smooth them and gently pull on all the sides while wet to offset any tendency to shrink. No problems. A couple did try to have a little curled corner, but that resolved easily by hand manipulation before completely dry. I only dried 1 completely flat. The others were hung over a rod. I flipped them over 1/2 way through drying so there was no big rod mark in the middle. I tested this since they will likely not be flat dried in the trailer. I hoped the ribbed texture would camouflage any minor wrinkles and they did!! This mat is pretty thick and doesn’t look like you forgot to iron it.

OK, I bought these, knowing I was buying something cheap, so I didn’t have very high expectations. Or even high expectations. I guess I had third-floor expectations.They were bought to put under pet dishes. My existing floor and mat combination left my cats plates sliding around.So enter nubby old-school cotton placemats. These are kinda that, but the borders and weaving is a little jagged, so to say they’re rectangular is more opinion than fact.I have yet to wash them because they arrived a pretty purple color… one I’m sure will not last through washing.But, they’re kind of serving their purpose. I wish they were more rectangle, but there were six for less than 20 bucks.

I bought these because we had similar ones previously. We've changed our colour schemes, so I needed new ones. They look great, are easy to clean but they wrinkle so much in the wash. Our others, which appeared to be the same material (had the same texturing) never wrinkled. I honestly need to iron them, otherwise they are a lumpy mess on the table. I hate ironing.

They are very beautiful and tick! Mine are forest green. The price are not the best price out there but not bad!I didn’t use them day to day however it seems from other reviews, if you wash them, they will get smaller!I prefer to not wash them! If I wash them, I will update this review.

Comme bien des produits en cotton fabriqués en Inde, ces napperons comportent quelques défauts de fabrication comme une bordure trop longue ou une couture mal terminée. Malgré tout, j'aime bien ce côté "artisanal".Si vous cherchez des napperons parfaits et infroissables, ceux-ci ne sont pas pour vous car le lavage à l'eau froide fait légèrement gondoler le napperon en cotton. Un repassage devrait en venir à bout.

El color es igual al que se ve en la foto, yo por error elegí este en lugar del gris pero se ven muy lindos. Los lavé a mano con jabón neutro y no se despintaron ni se encogieron. Buen tamaño y relación calidad-precio. Los recomiendo
