Several reviews were not so kind to these socks, overall I'd say a mixed review. I bought two pairs over 18 months ago and have been wearing them nearly once per week since with no problems. A pair of higher compression socks did not hold up so well -- holes in the heel and toe areas. These, however, have held up perfectly so far. They seemed a little thinner than my original pair, but that has not been a problem yet. They fit perfectly, go on easy, and provide just the right amount of support.

I think these are about the best socks I've ever owned. Over the years I've purchased about 15 pairs of these socks. My job makes it difficult sometimes to do laundry regularly so having this many pairs makes it much easier! Since I've been buying these socks I haven't had to replace any of them. No holes and no loss of compression. They are simply great.

The Jobst compression stockings are perfect for me - I have mild edema. Only negative is they do seem to stretch after a few uses.

When I first bought them, I liked them, but with laundering, they shrank, especially around the foot. Buy at least one size larger than you normally do.

The material was excellent, support was good, however the we're supposed to be calf length, and when I put them on the fit way above my knee, I will use them as I need the support for my legs, I would say they are good to excellent, Would buy again if I could get the right length

I bought these in large for my husband in lieu of the Jobst diabetic sensifoot socks that have the same low compression rating (8-15mmHg) which are getting hard to find at a reasonable price but ended up disappointed. I had previously bough the sensifoot socks also in knee high size large , but these large dress socks although they are nice and the same size are smaller and would not even go up my husband's calf. If they had fit I am sure the socks would have been as good as the sensifoot socks, with the heels wearing out first.
