This is a great bonnet! It's very comfortable and I love the adjustable fit. My last bonnet quickly stretched out and became oversized. I also love the satin layer inside, especially since I have curly hair that is prone to knotting in my sleep.

Perfect for protecting your hair while you sleep. It slipped off the first few nights because I didn’t realize it could be tightened. Once I started tightening it, it never slipped off again. Love it.

This cap is comfy and stayed on all night. I wish the adjustment mechanism was different as it does come slightly loose by morning, but not enough that it fell off. And my hair didn’t rat up! UPDATE have used it a couple days now. The elastic doesn’t stay snug so I wake up with it over my eyes. Doesn’t bother me, but I imagine it would be a big deal for some. Yesterday it was over my eyes but my hair was contained. This morning my hair was coming out the bottom and I had knots in my hair, even toward the top where it was still next to the lining. I’ll try a couple more days before I call it and try something else but the fact that it worked so well the first night only makes these subsequent failures sting a little harder.

Item is very stretchy and a good price, but this cap will not stay on my head at all throughout the night. I’ve pulled up super tight and no luck at all.

Backstory: (stay with me, I’m going somewhere with this). I fly home two to three times a year to help take care of my mom, a senior living on her own with health issues. We do the best we can. Few months before Covid in late 2019, I was unable to get home as usually scheduled due to unavoidable issues. Just before everything locked down hard in March 2020, I got a last minute flight. When I showed up, my mom was in rough shape. She was mostly bed bound, saving her energy for a quick trip for groceries or pharmacy, no small feat. After taking care of her needs we had to address her long gray hair. After lying in bed tossing and turning for so long, it was a tangled snarled mess. I couldn’t comb it out. We came to the conclusion that I’d have to cut most of it off. She was so sad, had lovely gray hair and took pride in it. I cut six to eight inches off. After washing & drying, she felt better but still sad about her hair. Also, I’m not a hairdresser, so it wasn’t the most stylish cut. Fast forward to the past few months. For the record, I have long blond hair several inches past my shoulders. I had an accident/injury 2 months ago that leaves me bed bound for long stretches of the day tossing and turning. My hair was starting to get tangled and snarled. Tried to keep up with it. Then I saw something on social media about hair bonnets to keep hair tidy and tangle free during sleep or whenever. Never heard of them before. I looked into it and bought one. Let me tell you, it’s been a game changer. My hair stays tangle free and smooth no matter how much I toss and turn. I even took it to the hospital with me. I wish my mom had one of these when she was bed bound, could’ve saved her hair. I would use this hair bonnet even if I wasn’t confined to bed for long stretches. Totally worth every penny! I’ll never sleep without one again.

I have sensitive sinuses, which means even a slight change in temperature can instantly congest my nose. During the night, especially in winter, the room temperature might fluctuate just enough to cause me to start breathing through my mouth. I now get a full 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, and I couldn’t be happier to have finally found a solution to my long-standing problem. I even ordered a second one just to make sure I have a backup. It might look a little funny on my head, but it’s absolutely amazing.

I was worried about ordering because of the negative reviews but my hat came fast and is very comfortable. I find that my hair holds its 2a/2b waves for days when I wear a night cap and this one fits the bill! I ordered the midnight blue...just incase anyone sees me in the night lol..its looks like a cool scrunchy, saggy hat. It has very soft silky material on the inside so there is minimal hair breakage thru the night. I'm having no problems with it coming off - it's completely adjustable. I had to really loosen it up because I don't like anything tight on my head and I'm having no problems with it coming off in the night ....and I'm a big tosser/turner at night. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase ☺️ and would highly recommend!!

Honestly they’re just what I was looking for only complaint is I find them a little tight on my head even with the adjustable strap open all the way but that’s mostly because I have a large head and really thick locs to fit underneath it, but they’re great for protecting my hair and wearing out.

Good quality but too small if you have a lot of hair

I wasn't sure about this, but I wanted something to cover my eyes while sleeping, but not to give me a sweaty face or move around and off my face. Yes it's a tall order, but I read the reviews and this looked like a winner. Especially as it matched my cooling blanket exactly and is reasonably priced. I have worn it most nights and is has been incredibly effective. Only a few times have I woken and it has come off. It has stayed put, and not suffocated me, that has been a small worry as well. I have a small head so it does slip over my eyes with room. I have pulled on it to loosen it some also. I have also machine washed and dried it and it has been fine. Ultimately what I love about it is it has become shutters in a way for my brain. I have tried everything to help me sleep and this seems to be the best as it stops sounds and lights from alerting me.

This cap is pretty big and the satin inside makes it hard to stay on your head. I was hoping to wear it to bed but it won't stay on. The quality is fine just not great for sleep.
