Better than the strap that comes with the VR
This strap is absolutely worth it! It is so much more comfortable than the strap that comes attached to the VR upon purchasing. In addition it holds onto your head much better. You can move around and even shake your head without worrying about it moving around and falling off. You do need to find the correct adjustment that fits perfectly to your head, but once you have it setup, it is so simple to put on and take off.

Slightly better than okay
While certainly an upgrade from the stock strap the Quest comes with, this strap does the job and is good to have for a backup strap or a strap for “guest” headset. It is comfortable, but not much more. The ratchet for the back works, but feels sketch. The clips which snap to the arms of the Quest are very tight and secure, but they’re VERY difficult to attach AND remove. At times I felt as if I was going to break my Quest if I tried to remove them at the wrong angle. No battery support, but for a head strap designed to be an upgrade from the stock strap, it’s as advertised.

Comfortable for long VR sessions, but harder to put on
I was looking for a more comfortable strap for my Quest 2 and this did the trick. This strap is a lot more comfortable especially in the back of the head where I was really feeling the pressure. The only down side (which I fully expected) is that it takes a few more seconds each time I put on / take off my head set. And sometimes with this strap, my glasses come off with the head set. Small price to pay for fixing the pain I was getting in the back of my head from the stock head strap. I also have silicone ear muff accessories that work fine with this strapIt seems worth noting that the "strap" is hard plastic and not fabric like some might expect, so putting this on feels a lot like putting on a bike helmet. The only fabric part is the piece that goes above the head (which almost seems unnecessary). All that said, $40 seems like a lot to spend for a few small plastic parts but it's cheaper than the $50 option that Oculus sells.

Amazing and comfy!
These are a major upgrade from the original Quest 2 straps, which I've never managed to have stay in the position I set them for. My quest was always moving on my face even when I kept making the straps tight. The original straps also do a terrible job of holding the weight of the headset off my face, which often causes the area under my eyes/on my cheekbones to be sore after a half hour/hour long session. I just put these on and already can tell the difference. I'll report back if the quality or comfort of these change. Well worth the money in my opinion (especially since this was my first vr headset ever).**UPDATE December 18, 2020**These are still amazing and make playing vr for long sessions much easier and more comfortable. They change the game while doing vr workouts (Beat Saber, Supernatural, etc.) My only complaint is that the left side where it slides into place will randomly come apart and force you to take the entire headset off and push it back into place. This doesn't happen to me anymore, but it does happen when others use my adjustment. Still highly recommended!

felt ok for the first few hours... Added a Star check the REVIEW UPDATES
Pro's - When you put it on for the first time, it seems pretty comfortable when tight against your face, also having the lower bar for a batter strap counters the weight from the front.. So it can actually balance on your head so you dont need to have it crushing your face... and the dial adjustment is great for fitting...Con's ' What can I say, it has been one day, and I am already sending it back for a replacement, where the slider goes into the back side of the heads trap separated, when that happened I tried to snap it back, thinking that's how it is but after close inspection under the plastic , the two small areas that hold it together snapped, both of them, so it would not stay together... UPDATE: The replacement was in good order and pretty good... seems to work after the last few weeks of constant use. The back being so big, may be a bit more comfortable, but with the battery pack when you look up it hits your back, so in VR you are going to look all around, it may restrict you a slight bit if you tilt your head back... UPDATE: So I did change the position of the battery pack, I put it on the side, although this did help with the movement, it was a bit off then positioned it to the top. its OK there and no restrictions.. It wont counter the weight as much as the bottom, but its a better fix... It tells you to make sure its up above your ears, but there is only one way to install it and unless you tilt the angle of the headrest it will touch the top of your ears, so I did have a red mark when playing for a long time.,, UPDATE: OK, so this one I dont know, I bought some cups to go over my ears to hear the sound better and it seemed to work, gave the side a soft cushion, and the sound is amazing! But if you have extra large ears... may still not work for you. Because of the size of the back of your head its a bit tough getting on and off if you wear glasses, I have to extend it and lift it up completely to take it off... ITs not that big of a deal, but just added to the issues.UPDATE: I did get used to taking it off... however I am running into not being able to have the goggles on my forehead for when I am programming it in the oculus app..The over all feeling, is I am going to get a replacement for it, see if I can keep it together for longer than a day, If I find in a week I cant live without it, I will alter this review and change my stars.. But for now I am factoring in all pro's, con's and price.. I will add half a star as it wasn't too bad priced.EDIT - Although my feelings havent changed much, I still use them today... I am going to continue to use them until they break... So I added another star, because I would return a two star product, this one is not and I will use it.. And keep in mind this may be perfect for someone. It just wasnt for me, but not a bad product.

Seems well-made, fits well, works as advertised
It was a little tricky getting the stock headgear off of the Quest 2 - I was worried about breaking it. But it went smoothly. Snapping the new plastic pieces on took a fair bit of force. The headpiece is well-made, and is comfortable unless you dial it in too tight and mush your face. It holds the Quest 2 on your face much more securely and comfortably. An added bonus is that if you have multiple people using it, adjusting to your preference is easily done when you switch users. The only drawback, which I hadn't anticipated, was that it is no longer easy to slip on and off in an instant, or to peek out from under the headset to see what is going on around you if you need to. With the original headgear, you simply slipped it up on your forehead, or pulled it out a bit and peeked down your nose. You can't do that with these.Overall, I'm quite happy with the purchase.

Works with Quest 2!
A very big step up from the default strap of the Quest 2. Was a bit hesitant about this since it is so new an unreviewed when I purchased, but it works. Will have to see if the material holds up over long periods, but so far so good.

Best third-party strap money can buy
This strap came in the mail over two weeks sooner than I was promised, which is great! As for the strap itself, it was a bit tricky to install. The little manual it comes with isn’t nearly detailed enough, so I had to rely on YouTube videos, and it took a little while finding one that actually helped. The installation could’ve been easier, and I was so anxious I’d break something when I constantly had to take certain parts back off because I did it wrong. However, it turned out perfectly fine in the end.Now that I’ve used the strap, I can say with confidence that it feels sturdy and high-quality. The strap is comfortable on your head and is very configurable. The wheel on the back that adjusts the length/tightness of the strap is phenomenal and is very similar to the Rift S strap (and the official Quest 2 Elite Strap).I am very glad I bought this strap. It’s much cheaper than the official Elite Strap, and while I don’t own the Elite Strap myself, I’m sure that isn’t too much better than this third-party strap. This feels sturdy and comfortable on my head. Overall, a solid purchase! I always do a lot of research before buying something, and this strap had the best reviews. Would recommend 100% to all Quest 2 owners who don’t want to shell out 100 £ on the official strap (which, mind you, has had reports of many defective units).

Good value and comfort...unless your ears stick out.
For most people I think this strap would be great; installation is easy and it feels nice and solid. It balances the quests weight well and the padding is comfortable. My problem however, is the large sharp square angle before the adjustable part of the strap. My ears are a little on the large side which means I have to fold them down and let the corners dig into the back of them, or try squash the tops of my ears inside the strap. Either way, it's uncomfortable which is such a shame as otherwise I think this strap would be perfect. I can't see any reason why that part of the strap had to be so wide and I can't be the only person who finds it a problem!Other than that though, it's a very good strap so unless you have big ears like me, I'd say buy it.

Its ok.....
It's.... OK.... the strap is very comfy to wear and is definitely better than the original. The main issue is the retention of the strap to the quest itself. Cheap and terrible quality clips have been used and let the whole product down. I'm debating whether to return it or not as the price paid is too steep for the product quality.
