Good mini stepper 😊
This mini stepper is okay, the foot holders click with every step (I think is a tiny little space left between the plastic and the metal, on purpose), but nothing noisy or annoying. Otherwise the stepper remains completely silent. I have read the instructions and in the book I received there’s no specification it should be used for only 15 minutes. Easy instructions just remove it from the box attach the cords and youre good to go. Safe as well, easy to keep balance while getting on and off it, pedals non slip and enough space on them even for persons with a big foot. The space left on the pedals doesn’t bother me at all and sometimes I place my feet back or forth on them. It’s pleasant to train on it, and can have a good hiit workout or just slight cardio. Tone, train, lose weight. Good quality hydraulic system and option to adjust height. I personally prefer dumbbells instead of the cords for a full body workout because I feel they keep pulling me toward the ground and I don’t feel like the movements are quite natural, or no cords at all, unless I would just hold them there to help me toning if I was a beginner. Try to keep a good posture while on it (suck your belly in, stand up tall, shoulders down, straight back) and you definitely have better results and avoid back pain or injury. That’s how you make it a full body workout. If you don’t like the cords or don’t have dumbbells at home and you are a beginner, just use your hands and move them first, then start with some water bottles comfortable for you until you decide to get dumbbells if you want and can. On YouTube you can find different types of workouts that might make yours more pleasant and help you keep going and reach your goals. I contacted help support with a question and I got their reply in around 24 hours. The item was shipped SIOC by Amazon, perfect delivery as every time. I received a battery plus one spare. A good item overall, I recommend, and I’d like to thank the herein community for posting all the reviews that helped me make my choice. Thanks and happy stepping ☺️

Good machine
Compact, not too heavy, easy to assemble. Resistance is good - 10mins works up a sweat on the medium setting.Things to be aware of - not entirely silent - the hydraulic pistons makes a slight clicking noise when you step down and the hydraulics start to whistle after about 8mins when they get hot. Manufacturers recommendation is to use for a max of 15mins. I recommend getting a gym mat to place the stepper on to avoid damaging carpets and hard floors.

Good workout
Positive: The stepper itself is good. Does the job, works the thighs and glutes. It is stiff but I guess that’s where you have to work hard.Negative: the stepper I received was missing a clip to attach the rope. Also the counter had some steps counted so I am Assuming I got someone’s return. Conclusion: I didn’t return the stepper for the missing clip as I can buy one. I kept it as the stepper itself is very good. So overall not bad. Would recommend this stepper. But be prepared to work those legs. For all those reviews that say it’s very hard to use , well that’s the point of a stepper. If you ain’t feeling the pain the next day you are not working those muscles enough.

Fantastic Fitness Companion: 5 Stars for the Mini Stepper with Apps!
I recently added the Mini Stepper to my home gym setup, and I can confidently say it's a game-changer for my daily workouts.Let's start with the positives – this stepper is not just sturdy; it's built like a tank. The construction is solid, providing a reliable and secure platform for my exercise routine. I never feel wobbly or unstable, even during more intense workouts. It's a testament to the quality of the materials used. One standout feature that sets this Mini Stepper apart is the incorporation of apps for workouts. Having a variety of workout options at my fingertips has added a whole new dimension to my fitness routine. The apps provide guided sessions, keeping my workouts fresh and challenging. It's like having a personal trainer in my living room.Another huge win for me is the ability to set and hit daily workout goals. The Mini Stepper has become my go-to for quick, effective workouts that I can tailor to my fitness level. The goal-setting feature keeps me motivated, and I love the sense of accomplishment when I hit those targets. However, I must mention that the step counts are not always spot-on. While they give a general idea of my activity, I've noticed that they may not be as accurate as some dedicated fitness trackers. It's a minor drawback, but if precise step counts are crucial for you, you might want to keep that in mind.In conclusion, the Mini Stepper with Apps is a fantastic addition to any home gym. Its sturdiness, app integration, and goal-setting capabilities make it a versatile and enjoyable piece of exercise equipment. Despite the slight step count accuracy issue, the overall experience is top-notch. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to elevate their home workout routine! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Digital monitor doesn't work properly
Good little stepper, as a relatively active person the level of resistance is just right. I don't understand why they bothered even adding a monitor to this as it's completely useless, it comes on but doesn't accurately count anything. E.g., stepping solidly for 10 minutes, it only recorded 53 seconds, having taken 11 steps and burned 3 calories. Thankfully I bought it at a reduced price otherwise I would have returned it. I'm not too fussed about the tracking but it was a selling point, so if you want a stepper with a functioning monitor I would suggest buying a different model.

Solid product!
I'm terrible at going out of the house to get my steps in so this has been a game-changer for me; love that I can watch my silly little shows while working up a decent sweat. It's mostly silent save for a clicking sound whenever the stepper touches the base but that's to be expected and not loud enough to really be a bother. Love the resistance bands as well, great way of developing some muscle on top of cardio. Overall a good way of getting some movement into my day as a non-fitness person.
