I bought this primarily to use for cooking while camping and its become one my favorite knives in the kitchen as well. It has a good weight balance, holds it edge really well, and came nice and sharp. The leather case is also very nice. Definitely a great knife, especially for the price and how many applications it works well for.

This is a wonderful knife. It’s well made, very sharp and comes in a nice leather case for safety. It looks a little awkward but it is not. It’s well balanced and is easy to control. My family loves ribs and briskets. It’s the perfect knife for them.

I bought this for my son for Christmas a couple of years ago and he loves this knife! Great for thin slicing thick cuts of meat and great to scoop up chopped onions.

The knife is great, very sharp and has a nice sturdy handle. Don’t purchase it for the sheath, or cover, or the wood board. The sheath is fake leather and the board is nice, but it’s really too small to be of practical use.
