Its Great
The Sunny Health & Fitness Total Body Smart 2 in 1 Stepper Machine is a fantastic addition to any home gym. Its compact size makes it ideal for small spaces, yet it offers a total body workout that targets both the upper and lower body. The adjustable hydraulic resistance allows for customization of intensity levels, making it suitable for users of all fitness levels.I found the LCD monitor to be clear and easy to read, providing essential workout metrics such as time, step count, and calories burned. The inclusion of resistance bands adds versatility to the workout, allowing for additional strength training exercises. The non-slip pedals ensure stability during use, and the overall build quality is sturdy and durable. The machine operates smoothly and quietly, making it perfect for home use without disturbing others.Overall, the Sunny Health & Fitness Total Body Smart 2 in 1 Stepper Machine is a highly effective and convenient tool for achieving a total body workout at home. Great machine for small spaces
I was looking for something to put in my home office to help me get as much movement as possible during the day. This is the perfect machine. It’s compact, easy to use and also allows for a great leg and arm workout. I use it everyday and I am very happy!

Almost great
I bought this on a whim to counteract all the sitting I do for work, and have been happily surprised by how easy it is to get some decent steps in (but bummed about the one negative...mentioned further down). This is pretty much ready to go out of the box, so no real set up to speak of. I'm not really using the arm bands. There is a tension knob so you can adjust how easily the pedals go up and down. It actually provides a pretty good work out so long as you put in the effort. I currently use it for around 30-40 minutes at a time, sometimes twice per day. You can easily watch television or listen to podcasts while stepping. The benefits are that you can get your steps in no matter what time of day or what kind of weather. Overall, it would be great, except......this thing now SQUEAKS LIKE CRAZY. It started out fine but after just a couple of weeks of use, one pedal started squeaking, then the other one chimed in a few weeks later, so now with every step there's a corresponding high-pitched squeak. We've tried using some WD40, but the noise is seemingly coming from inside the little pistons under the foot pads, so the added lubricant did nothing to diminish the noise. If you live in an apartment, this could be a problem. I'm using it a level above our basement, so it isn't bothering anyone unless someone is down there--but, it's definitely noisy, and if someone else is in the same room or in the vicinity, it's annoying. It's a shame, because otherwise I've been really happy with the quality and functionality. The manufacturer needs to figure out this defect. (For context, I'm a 5' 7" woman at 125 pounds, so it shouldn't be related to over-stressing the weight limit of this stepper.)

Awesome product!
This thing is great for a low impact, quiet workouts. Its small size makes it great for storing and it's easy to move around. I can easily move it to the living room and watch TV while burning a few calories.

Effective and fun to use!
I went back and forth on ordering this for a while but I'm so glad I did! It's so easy to just use it for a few minutes here and there when I have time and it actually makes me sweat even after using it for short periods of time. It doesn't take up much space, doesn't make any noise, and doesn't require any setup. Highly recommended!

Okay… but not a realistic fitness machine for day to day
I got this as an alternative to getting a traditional treadmill or stair master for my home.Little background, I workout at 6:30am at local gym by my house every morning. I weight train 5 days a week and usually do 20 minutes of cardio on the stair master afterwards. Altogether I’m at the gym for 2- 3hrs each morning (don’t be impressed I take like 2-3 minute rest between heavy lifts, sometimes even more. I also do a 10 minute warm up, 15minute cool down and 20-25minutes of cardio). It’s realistic for my current work situation but will not be something I can maintain when work picks up. Hence why I am looking for an alternative option for cardio that I can split towards an after dinner walk or 1hr lunch break walk. This would cut my morning time at the gym by 45 minutes to an hour. What I like about this stepper is a pretty short list. It’s burns almost as many calories as being on a stair master when set to the highest step level (I got the adjustable height one), it’s low impact on your knees and doesn’t make me feel as exhausted cardio vascular wise as being on an actual stair master. Assembly is also super easy, it’s small an easily stored, counts your steps and can be set pretty much anywhere to workout. My dislikes however are deal breakers. I HATE how slippery this machine is. With sneakers my feet slide around. Without sneakers my feet slide around. I’m constantly adjusting my feet position. It’s the most irritating situation to deal with when try to workout I’ve ever experienced. It’s distracting while trying to workout. I have decent balance and this machine gives me a run for my money. There is a version of this with a handle bar and in my opinion that would be the only thing to make this machine worth owning. I’m not about to pay $30-$40 more for a handle bar sorry. I rather pay the extra $200 for the actual treadmill. I think that this machine would be worth the price if the anti slip grips on the foot pedals and made the pedals longer because your feet are going to hang off if your over a women’s size 9.Unless you want to spend your entire workout sliding around, attempting to keep your balance I’d skip this one. It’s not worth it. I gave it 3 stars solely based on the fact that it is a good workout if you can deal.
