We loved the hat, it was nice and warm! The pom poms were super cute! It is a taller beanie but that worked out fine!

I ordered three for three sisters and they thought they were adorable. They live in Wisconsin and need the warmth, and as teenagers, want the style and great colors!!!

Pom poms are smaller than photo but comfy.
The shipping info was utterly useless — said it was delivered Dec 19 but arrived Jan 11. Tried contacting the seller and only got an auto reply. I figured I’d had a loss. Came in and fits good. The lining is soft and fuzzy on the inside but moves around a bit. The pom poms are are a lot smaller than on photo. They look really big but they’re about the size of golf balls and the fuzz comes out enough. They sit a bit further back than I’d like instead of on top of the head. Overall I’m fine with it because it wasn’t too expensive.

Not made properly
Overall the hat isn't designed properly it doesn't look like the picture. Im Not very happy with it actually. 😕 everything else about the purchase experience was good though.

Cute but not what is advertised
The hats are still cute and I will still wear them, but they’re not what is pictured. I ordered both the black hat with the brown pom poms and the white/off white with the brown Pom poms. Both hats don’t have the same knitted pattern that is shown in the picture, and the pom poms on the black hat are black and not brown. The white did have brown pom poms.
