These are perfect for brewing a pot of loose tea. The sacs are designed to fit over the edge of the pot during steeping. If you are brewing single cups, the smaller size would be more suitable.

I hit a patch of tea bags that have holes in them. My tea leaves and coffee ground just pop right out into my mug when I pour hot water into them.
