Finally found the perfect leg garters for my skinny legs.These measure 6-1/4" wide when relaxed. (Laid flat)12-1/2" when stretched (Laid Flat)Alternate way of measuring:Wrap a tape measure around your Arm (or Leg) These will fit a 13" appendage, and stretch to fit up to 25" around.Same quality as the "Ladies Garment" ones, and much less expensive. Seem to be sewn well. Don't know how durable they are yet. Look & Feel good to wear.
