Love the banzai brand. Commercial material. Soft. Durable. So much fun for kids. The slide is faster than average straight slides. Inflation when using the blower os perfect!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bought this for my nieces and nephew. Lasted 2 or 3 uses before it started coming apart at the seams, and won't hold air. $800 thrown down the tube. Amazon won't return/refund because it happened 35 days after purchase. They referred me to the manufacturer noting their "great warranty". And I followed every direction and sent 10+ pictures and they said "the manufacturing technicians have determined that the damage on your waterslide is not a manufacturing defect."Mind you it's the seams coming apart. It's not a tear, it's not a hole. It's 100% a manufacturing defect. I've asked for a copy of their review and for them to reconsider, and will update review accordingly.**DO NOT BUY**

We love this water slide! We have used this for several hours everyday for the last two weeks minus two days that there was a wildfire nearby that took out our power. I have pulled it off the lawn to clean it out and mow the lawn twice with no issues. We put it in an area where our grass was mostly dead and put a tarp under it to protect it from any rocks, sticks, etc. My son is four and he loves it so much, he is usually on it for a couple hours in the morning and another hour or two in the evening. The material is sturdy and even on windy days, it did not really move at all. We have also had a couple six year olds, a nine year old and a two and a half year old on it playing together multiple days with no issues. They love the “bucket” part that fills with water and automatically dumps out on them. I would definitely recommend this product. I am hoping it lasts for a few years, but if it gets used everyday this summer only, it will still be worth the money as renting one for one day is about half the cost of purchasing this one. It is very easy to set up and took about 10-15 min for me to do by myself.

Water park is awesome! My son loves it! However, when we opened it we noticed a small hole and we never received a Volleyball net. So I’m definitely disappointed with that for the amount we spent on it. I also don’t know where to contact the seller to let them know about it. Otherwise, very cool product!

Used for the first time this weekend. Had about 7 kids ages 7-2 on it. They all had a blast and didnt want to leave at the end of the day! Great quality easy set-up no holes or any issues. Clean up was a little annoying trying to get it completely dry. My husband used his leaf blower to get it dried out quick. Will be picking up a tote bin with wheels for storage. It's heavy so we think if the tote has wheels I'll be able to wheel it out of the garage and set it up myself for the kids. Great purchase! Happy kids!!!

Solid construction, super easy to inflate and stays sturdy throughout use. Overall it’s great! A couple improvements I would suggest, the plastic steaks are not durable and three have already broken. And attaching the water tube takes a bit of time each time you inflate, perhaps integrate them into the construction.

My product came with HOLES in it. The kids used it one time before we located the holes then we immediately put it away because we wanted to return it. This product was not cheap!Reached out to the company and it’s been 5 months of trying to get a replacement. Sent them pictures over and over again and they emailed me saying this was not a manufacture defect so they could not give me another product. I responded back asking what exactly is covered if a big hole and many small ones aren’t and they never responded. They have LITERALLY been ignoring every email I send. I ended up losing so much money on this product and the kids are disappointed. Way to go Banzai, especially during this crazy time. Thanks a million.DO NOT ORDER BANZAI!!!! YOU’LL BE IGNORED, YOU’LL GET TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU’LL BE DISMISSED!!!

Our third one - sent the first two home with visiting grandkids. Well made and easy to set-up and take down.

To operate the blower the adapter needs modification in India or you will need to buy a 2kva stepdown transformer that will cost you around Rs.8k. Operating voltage of the blower is 110-120V. Sure, the product can be returned but only around 50% will be refunded since it is imported through Amazon global store. It's time Amazon global store gets a more flexible and customer friendly policy on return and refunds. I got a very bad experience from this order.
