Excellent meditation for singers especially or ppl learning harmonies! Focusing on humming while orienting to the gemearal bell sounds is geat for immersion in sound. VERY calmig and healing. You can do it as a shorter meditation (20 mins) or the full 50 mins! Highly recommended!

Peaceful and quiet
I used to do the Nadabrama meditation a long time ago. I'm really glad I found it again. The sound of the bells is just magical and you don't even have to do the meditation in order to enjoy the sound. I highly recommend it.

This is a product I have been buying again and again since 1978 (though in those days it was sold on tape and not at Amazon) when I first heard it in Pune India. It is a great meditation for anyone who is looking for a change in energy. Any Osho meditation deserves five stars in my book. This is one is very calming.
