I really liked this product, it helps me a lot to warm up my forearms before training and you really feel the tension in the forearms, and the vascularity it generates is a plus, it has different levels that are very challenging to use

This gripper allows you to not only save tons of money and on top of that, works your arms really good allowing you to build a great crushing strength. Highly recommend it if you are looking to build some serious grip strength.

If you release too fast it clanks. The increase in difficulty is not really linear. But good product, I like it, especially since you can develop an extremely strong grip.

Already bought don't want to return. The levels of strength are not well described or rather the instructions are not clear. This greatly hinders functionality.

Great trainer, it does what it says it will. The only 2 faults I've found are the grip and the spring movement. The grip is sharp enough that it will really dig in and hot spot on anything more than the lightest setting, and the springs are kind of a pain to get into the listed positions for adjustment. The grip can be remedied with a wrap though, so that can be offset at least.

In my opinion, a normal human just doesn't need anything so heavy and massive as this. Thor maybe; not me.

After using this gripper for a couple of months I've seen massive improvement in my forearms. It can be a little tricky to figure the springs out at first,but once you do it's all smooth sailing from there. This massive metal gripper will make you feel like a beast when you're using it consistently.
