Pencil game out first use
The whole pencil part came out at the first use! Maybe just a fluck but annoying just the same. I do like the color and the setting gel end is fine.

Very easy to apply and I LOVE the brow gel
Very easy to apply and I LOVE the brow gel that comes with it. I apply it in the morning before work but if I'm going out at night I fill it in again just a little bit. Doesn't seem to be waterproof. Unfortunately, when I got mine, half of the brow stick was broken. Still a good product. Came faster than expected too.

Detached pencil but perfect brush
The pencil piece of the brow shaper came detached. This makes ot difficult to execute the perfect shading of the brow.
