I have several pairs of these but the white check? What's not to love!? Great with jeans/dress/shorts/joggers/leggings/work trousers both smart or casual just brilliant. My feet are a little wide for converse but these are perfect and super comfy from first wear.

I wanted some pure black trainers that I could away with as smart casual and these were a close fit for what I needed.I always find Vans a bit too big but went for my usual size just in case (6) and they were too big, a 5 or 5.5 would’ve been better but the plus side if they’re too loose is that I can put an indoor inside and they fit perfect so wasn’t a big deal.One downside is the back padding around the ankle isn’t great and I can see that these are going to create an issue with rubbing in the future.For smart casual occasional wear they’re perfect but I would never wear these all day long as they’ll definitely rub the back of my ankle raw so lost a star.

This is the first pair of shoes I've owned that I can wear for a whole day without pain, its so nice to be able to go out and not worry about how sore my feet will be afterwards.

A great pair of trainers, beautifully made, double stitched with a nice pattern in them. They are not for people with wide feet though. Other than that a great buy

Really surprised they were so comfortable. I’m normally a UK6 but bought the UK6.5 as recommended. Perfect fit and haven’t needed to break them in. The style is great too - the chequered pattern is just a bit different. Delighted
