Holds Really Well – Extra Firm for Sure I’ve been using EBIN Extra Firm Edge Control and it definitely lives up to the name. The hold is strong and keeps my edges laid all day without flaking or turning white. A little goes a long way, and it smooths my edges down nicely without feeling hard or crunchy. It works great for slick styles, ponytails, and wigs. I also like that it doesn’t leave buildup and is easy to refresh if needed. If you’re looking for a strong hold edge control that actually lasts, this one is a winner. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

This is my new fav edge control. I usually test them by wearing it to the gym and though my edges weren’t the same after, they were still pretty much in tact. To be fair, I do pretty intense workouts. The only one that has lasted all the way through is the gorilla snot and earwax and that one has a little TOO much hold. I love the way Ebin smells and I do not necessarily have to use a scarf to get it to stay, though it does last longer when I lay it down. In my hair it does turn white, but a little bit of hair spray is a quick and easy solution to that. For context, I have natural hair that is 3c. On the other hand, my girlfriend has locked 4c hair. She has trouble with keeping her edges slicked down, but she used some of my Ebin during a recent vacation and just asked me where I got this from. It did not turn white in her hair. I guess it just varies from person to person but, again, just a little hair spray should get rid of that. I wasn’t initially going to buy this but I was looking at the maya double sided edge control brushes (which I apply this with) after the little $1 one I got from the beauty supply store broke. Long story short, this is my new fav. And the smell is honestly amazing! It’s like a fruity/floral mix.

This works...let’s start there. When you first apply it, your edges are laid, neat, and looking like you really took your time. It gives that clean finish that pulls a whole look together. But over time, depending on your hair type and the day you’re having, it may not stay exactly the same all day. It’s not terrible, just not that “locked in forever” hold. The texture is nice, not flaky, and it doesn’t leave that weird buildup some edge controls do. Overall, it’s a solid product, just don’t expect it to fight humidity and life stress at the same

Love this product! It smells good and Lon lasting on your hair. Leaves your hair shiny and sleek. Only thing is if you keep piling it on your hair it may turn it white. Recommend putting too much at one time.

This edge control has a thich texture and lays edges well, the only thing i would say is it does not lay them for long.

Favorite product to use for my high ponytails. Doesn't leave any white residue like other products &, the amount that comes in a container is more than enough. 10/10

I love this edge control but I keep ordering 8.25 oz and they keep sending me 3 1 oz containers. It’s falsely advertised in the sizes. UPDATE: Reordered because as I stated before gave me the wrong size this time right size but wrong brand.
