I’m on a low carb/ low sugar diet and found this product very handy for using in my recipes like baking. Unfortunately found it difficult to buy in health shops in town, then tried Amazon and found it! Result!

Mixes ok but all I could taste was salt. Having hypertension I don't want to drink my daily allowance of salt in 1 serving! I love raw eggs whisked with milk so I'll probably go back to that.

the product was dispatched quickly, arrived well packed. Was useful for what I intended to do with it. Will buy more in the future.*after time using it: I've started to use daily the powder. it is tasty, and is not smelling in any way, it actually has a nice egg white when it is fried. However, i must say that I don't enjoy the fact that is not dispersing in the water and the little lumps will remain even after mixing 5 minutes. I don't know if all the egg powder is like this..but I don't know if i will reorder because of this issue.

This is a good quality fine Egg White Powder and worked in the recipe I used to make a gluten free / low carb flour.

So I couldn’t give it a one star for flavour as it has no flavour at all. It’s very easy to make. It gets very frothy/bubbly when you first make a shake out of it but it soon settles. I reckon you could add it to a protein shake with no issue for an extra protein hit. It is very good value for money and would buy again

It tastes terrible.I will not buy it again.
