If you're doubting that this is the set you're considering, don't doubt. I took ACE Hardware Rust Stop paint in Stone Gray and changed the black ! I've got t color scheme thing happening in my yard, so it had to change. BTW, the spray paint doesn't stick very well, so I'll have to do touchups.Now, I put the two rocker chairs together easily, but the 3 seater is a little challenging for one person. There really aren't any instructions other than pictures of where the screws go. What I finally figured out is that to put the arms onto the seat and back, you should not tighten the seat to the back tightly. By leaving the base slightly loose, the arms can be aligned correctly and screwed easily. When the seat was tight it didn't align. So, go back and retighten when all parts are together.The cushions are water resistant to overnight dew. They beaded with our foggy morning today, but I do plan to use marine waterproofing and a sofa set cover nightly.

Only received half of the product (just the couch and table) and the company was not helpful with locating the rest. They gave me $15 in compensation an A to Z claims did NOT help. They told me to return everything for a refund. So pay $200 in shipping to get ny money back. What a nightmare. Beside that - one of the cushions arrived ripped. I honestly did like the set, but none of this is ok.

Overall we really like the look of the set. We also bought the the firepit with 4 chairs. The chairs are comfortable (at least initially). The sofa is less comfortable, the back is pictched forward a bit too much. The problem is that after sitting in the chairs or sofa for a while the seat straps stretch and then the cushions begin to sag. The next morning the straps will retract and the seat is ok again. The problem is that the straps are plastic. We have other chairs that have metal bars, instead of straps and they don't have this problem.

Good product at a fine price. Two people can assemble quickly. As instructions say - don’t tighten any bolts till at the bolts are in - otherwise you won’t get the last ones to fit ! Heavy duty but there are straps under the seat which may weaken. uh oh - the support straps stretch and the pillows sink centrally in the couch. i would have liked to see firmer thicker cushions and more support. i am going to try to wrap extra straps under the cushions but this will be a tough job perhaps it’s better to spend a bit more for better cushions.

Very large box arrived with a couple of tears and holes in it. Upon opening we discovered that there were several pieces that were damaged. Got hold of Customer Service, they responded quickly and replaced the damaged parts after we sent some pictures showing the damage. Couldn't be happier. Our family has some pretty big boys in it, 250 plus, and everybody is comfortable. Well made and attractive. In fact we are going to buy two more chairs!

LOVE this set! SUPER comfortable and easy to assemble. After spending a day searching online, I picked this set and am so happy I did! I wanted something comfortable. The almost 6 inch cushions made all the difference.I took a few pics of the assembly; which I was able to do myself. When other reviewers said to put all the screws in AND THEN tighten them — that made it so easy.Highly recommend — and I want to emphasize that this is a comfortable seat for those out there who may have a back problem like I do.

The metal frame rusted after the first exposure to rain, staining our new patio rug and concrete. The cushions arrived crunched and in poor shape. And the plastic strapping under the seats seems to give way when we sit. It doesn’t seem sturdy and isn’t meant for outdoors.

This is a great set. Very sturdy, easy to assemble (as others point out as well as the instructions) don't tighten screws until you have it together. We are not petite people (200# and up) and we don't see any saying in the straps. The cousins are very comfortable. We were concerned when we received only one box containing the two chairs only, and Amazon showed the order delivered, but we contacted the seller and they got back in less than 24 hours to let us know that it ships under two tracking numbers (even though you won't see that under your Amazon order) a the second box would be here in the next couple days. It arrived as promised and in the end, both boxes arrived before the initial expected date. We paid $750 for this item and fed like we got an amazing deal!!
