Got it for my Flight
soprano. Never ha!d a hard case, but this was a warehouse return at a good price. As in other reviews, I will say that I agree, its tight and well padded. The little compartment under the neck will hold a tuner, a pick if you use, and some strings, if you don't keep them in their packaging. My uke strap is not nylon, but did manage to fit it in the case with it still on. No problem with the head stock. Fits fine. Case is sturdy and locks. Comes with two very heavy duty back pack straps. Can clip on, or use just one, on the side clips, to carry slung over your shoulder. Just know which you need because u can in no way put a case strap in with your uke. Its too sturdy and padded to put in any less than a hugehuge purse. Great case.

Beautiful case
Got this for my wife and she loves it. She gets excited every time it gets to leave the house so she can show it off.

Oddly-shaped, Concert-size, Tweed Ukulele (?) Case - CRW700CUTW
Update: I'm convinced this case is designed for a non-uke instrument. I went to Crossrock's website to investigate, but never found a candidate for that theory. The case is so beautiful, I was tempted to keep it just to store extra strings and straps. This case has 25-3/4" long interior, not including an extra 1/4" (about 1-1/8" wide) carved out for an endpin. The body area is 13" long, and the headstock area starts at 18-1/8" from the tail of uke.Lower bout: 8-1/4" wide (at 3" from tail). Upper bout: 5-1/4" wide (at 9-1/4" from tail). Here's where it gets weird: the headstock area is max 3-5/8" wide (at 24-1/2" from tail), but is so very teardrop-shaped that the majority of it - and probably the area where YOUR uke's headstock will lay - is only 3" wide. (See where my uke lines up, in my photo.) It will not fit any of my instruments. Perhaps it fits best those ukuleles with tuning pegs that project behind the headstock, rather than laterally, i.e., outboard. However, the case is quite beautiful. The interior is modestly plush; mine is burgundy-colored, rather than the advertised "brown". The "tweed" upholstering is textured vinyl w/ a satin or semi-gloss finish. The hardware is gold-colored. The description claims three latches, but mine features only two - one near the head, one near the tail (the tail latch locks, but that's not gonna stop anyone.) There are three D-rings for backpack-style straps (which are not shown here in the product photos), though my case did not arrive w/ straps. (In fairness, mine was a "warehouse deal", and I'm not taking that into consideration in my rating.) There are two hinges, and two metal bumpers near the hinges to provide some protection to the while setting the case down "briefcase-style". There are no bumpers on the case bottom for laying it down "suitcase-on-the-bed-style".The CROSSROCK badge on mine is also all-gold, while the product photos show one with black and red; considering the several differences that I've noted, I wonder if my case is an older version, or a newer version, than advertised.

Fits both the Kala baritone and the OS u-bass!
I only just got this case, but I already love it! It's my first Crossrock, though I've been wanting one for awhile and now I'm sorry I waited. I've been unusually klutzy with my Kala baritone and I really need to protect it better than the gig bag it came withFit: It fits my Kala baritone perfectly. Even better, it also fits my Oscar Schmidt ukulele bass, as if it was made for it! The tuners do not touch the sides (the OS bass is the same length as the Kala baritone). Though I don't know what I'm going to do when I need to take both instruments to a gig....Exterior: The vinyl exterior looks sturdy, so it should hold up to my not-being-as-careful-as-I-should-be. I ordered one from the warehouse, and though it has a mark on it at some angles you can't see it so it may look nicer for longer. The hardware feels secure and latches snap firmly. And I love that it's available in not-black (I got the tweed), and the inside is not-black either.Interior: Speaking of the accessories box - it feels sturdy and is bigger than I expected. And since the interior is wine/burgundy-colored I can actually see what's in there, which I really like. The plush interior feels nice, and though it doesn't feel like the instruments fit really tightly they are very secure.Carrying: The case itself is a bit heavy, of course. Since I have back issues right now I won't be carrying it by the handle for more than very short distances but the handle is very comfortable in my hand. I tried the included really nice backpack straps with the empty case and it was surprisingly comfortable - more so than the Kala gig-bag's backpack straps. The backpack straps may end up being my preferred way of carrying it even after my back recovers! The hardware for the straps' attachments seems very secure as well. This is a great case!
