I received this about 8 or 9 days ago and everything included was beyond what's I'd expected. There was both the Pilates ring and Yoga ring however, it was also handy how they included an added color diagram of exercises to use this with. Overall though, very happy with it. I've had lower back issues and surprisingly, using this for lower leg exercises indirectly strengthens and improves my lower back thereby alleviating my pains and helping me to run and bike better. Very happy with purchase overall and would recommend!

This pilates ring is fantastic and definitely a high quality product!It is very easy to use and the yoga ring is a nice bonus.Ontop of all of this, they even have a how-to guide on their website. I highly recommend Fitness EZ!

Now I'm not the hulk, but the feel of the black ring makes me feel like I may just snap it in half. Dont test your strength with this.. The pink ring is sturdy and is solid plastic. It does come with a thin bag to store the items. I think it will be useful to assist in my moves, which I am excited to try it during a full workout routine.

Good quality, makes exercising a bit more fun. There’s instructions on how to use it in a bag, but I just follow YouTube videos.

I've done a lot of research on pilates rings before buying this and it doesn't disappoint! Very durable for many pilates exercises and random strength training ones. Easy to store and easy to use. A great addition to my small home gym!

I was pleasantly surprised with high quality of the pilates and yoga ring. After reading many different reviews I decided to go with higher priced product and wasn't disappointed. Great packaging, good gift idea!
