The media could not be loaded.  i had to buy a set of these for my sister after using them at the gym. resistance bands are a really simple piece of equipment that can offer a lot of gains and flexibility to your simple work outs. I’ve found this kind to be less rubbing/grippy than the straight rubber bands- they burn less on your skin and maintain their stretchiness a lot more. the feel really premium quality and despite the fact i purchased them for home workouts, i have began using them in the gym too! i prefer them to the ones over there

Awesome product! These are a lifesaver during lockdown as I can’t get to the gym. I think I will continue to use them after we’re allowed back out though as I’m really seeing the benefits after just a week.The material is soft on the skin, but really tough and feels like it will last a long time. Good quality stitching etc.; the last set I had weren’t as nice as these ones! The three strength options are good too. I’m using the first one mostly, but I’ve got the others to work towards too. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking to exercise at home.

Quality is amazing, when I took them of the box I was pleasantly impressed, they are thick yet stretchy and what's the most important they have solid grip, what means they dont just turn around or sleep down while you excersize.They came in set of 3 with 3 different tensions levels.Now I can get good workout without constant fight with bands to make them cooperate with me.They came with little bag for storage and caring for when gyms reopen . Super pleased.

The bands are fantastic!These bands have provided a great addition to my normal workouts as an accessory exercise. The fabric has a lovely texture to it and you can immediately feel that it is high quality. The 3 different levels of difficulty allow for a variety of movements, helping to target several muscle groups normally difficult to train with weights.
