This scanner is great. Shows the battery level actively in bars so you'll know when to charge it, you can make it silent with no beep, make the beep quiet, loud etc. You can set the time to change how long it will be turned on for after activating it to make sure its either on long enough for constant scanning or to make sure it's not pointlessly draining the battery after scanning one thing. I had one problem with the barcode adding parentheses around the first two digits (Always with 10 for some reason showing up as (10)0708 etc and I reached out to their support email and got a quick response with a resolution to solve that issue. Overall satisfied with the scanner especially after they helped to fix an issue I had with it.

Only needed it for a week. It worked flawlessly and was reliable. Hopefully, it works the same when I need it again next year

I got this scanner to scan all of my books for my personal library and it works even better than I expected. It was super easy to set up with my Libib app!

Dongle failed less than 60 days after purchase. It appears to connect with the computer when inserted, but in less than 2 seconds it disconnects. I have emailed the company at the address in the manual.Update: Richard w/Tera Barcode Scanner Support Team replied with instructions right away. Those solved the issue. Thank you Richard.

Works great. been using mine since July 2021 medium use. So far so good it works and for me It holds a charge for a few days. But i only use it a few times a day.

I'm afraid to get a replacement of this exact model... it seems that a lot of people are having problems with this model D5100 scanner at this time... maybe the 2024 batch has something wrong with it. I even tried to reset it to factory settings. Still won't scan the whole code. I might try another model or even another brand but I have to return this model and wont be asking for a replacement now that I know others are having problems as well. Super disppointed because my old tera worked great for a few years.

Worked right out the box. Can use wireless using the provided dongle, or wired with the provided cable.Had various settings in the manual that can be changed by scanning preset barcodes.I was replacing an old wired scanner and only need basic functions. This scanner was reading and registering codes smoothly and without issues.

I bought this barcode scanner for my wife's clinic, to save time during blood draws. Here's what I think of it. This thing is great. No more typing numbers by hand, it scans everything like a ninja. It's saved me at least 6 hours a week. Now that's progress.A real asset for blood test data management. Once scanned, the data is instantly entered into the system, eliminating manual entry errors. Thanks to this device, we have been able to significantly reduce the time needed to register and track samples.The quality is top-notch. It looks solid, and the battery holds up well. Scanning performance is fast and accurate. I give it a 5/5 for that. No need to be an expert, it works by itself. Just point and scan. Charge it at night. If you need to save time, buy it. It's a great investment for a clinic. You don't have to be a genius to operate it, and it makes life easier.

Barcodes op een verpakking scannen lukt prima en de support-dienst van de fabrikant is ook zeer behulpzaam! Goede service. Het apparaat is eigenlijk te duur voor de beperkte mogelijkheden.
