We purchased this as a dim light option for middle of the night feedings and diaper changes after reading other reviews (that told us this one is worth paying a little extra for). It was a smart purchase to save our retinas from the burning discomfort of flipping on a lamp. It's small and portable (no wires or plugs!) and just the right amount of light... and to be perfectly frank, if you're buying this to help with nighttime feedings, this thing even looks like a breast! Meant to be to help when latching on a newborn in the wee hours. The light level is adjustable from low to bright, and stays on the last light level you set it to during the last use. You'll need to mess with it a little to figure out how to adjust the light level (tap and hold to brighten, tap and hold to lighten). It's lightweight and has a handy little plastic piece that allows you to prop it upright, hang it on the wall, or it can just lie on its back. Since I'm grabbing for it in the dark, ours lives on it's back, in our bed with us! (If you're a mom nursing at night- try the side-lying position! It's so comfortable, gives you an opportunity for a different latch, aaaaaand this light will travel with you easily from side to side. Then you can hand baby and light to dad for diapering (wink, wink)). No cords or wires to untangle as you move it. Baby experts recommend dim light at night to help your wee'un distinguish between day and night. This was a great solution to that need for us. Oh yeah- it's rechargeable!

I've had two of these lights for 7 years now and they are still working great. I love that they are portable, rechargeable, and completely adjustable for dimming. We travel with them and use them in our home nightly. Worth every penny. Cannot recommend more. I am happy with them so much that I am coming back here 7 years later to write a review.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this portable light. There were so many choices it was hard to decide. I'm so glad I kept looking and found this one! It's beyond perfect for my needs. I'm so impressed with the make of model of this light! This company really knows their business, they know how to do things right, and it shows. No batteries needed just plug in the usb cable provided ( when it needs to charge). I wasn't even aware it came with a "hanging" option, I was expecting to stick it to the wall, but the hanging option works even better for me. I love the ability to dim the light, and it stays adjusted to that level of dim, perfect! It's so simple to use right out of the box. the look is clean, modern, and it's the perfect size. Just tap it in the center for on and off. I'm very happy with this purchase, I'm sure I'll be getting a few more of these. I would feel confident buying any product from this company. I highly recommend.

Love this because it's portable and pretty dim. It sits on my nightstand and is perfectly dim for nighttime feedings. I feed the baby in bed then baby gets changed on the dresser, so all I have to do is pick up this nightlight and bring it with me. I rarely charge it. Mostly because I never remember. I've charged it once or twice a month and it's on about 3x every night for 15-30 minutes. Not giving 5 stars because sometimes when I tap it to turn on it gets super bright and I have to press and hold the middle to dim it again. But the rest of the time it turns on at the dim level I set. Also not giving 5 stars because the charging cable is ridiculously short 🤣 But I'd absolutely buy it again... Nighttime baby feedings saver!! Picture on nightstand is the nightlight on the lowest setting which is hard to depict in a picture but, there you have it.

This is the best designed item of any kind I've bought in a long time. It very precisely fulfills the function it was intended for in the simplest, most effective way. It is no bigger and no smaller than it has to be. It works so well. Without relying on a switch of any kind, it lights up at a touch, dims or brightens at a slightly longer touch. It can get quite dim or quite bright depending on what you need. It is very light in weight and easily fits in the palm of your hand to light your way if you want to carry it from room to room at night without turning on any lights that might disturb one's sleeping wife. Much more convenient than a flashlight because to see your way you don't have to direct the beam. I just let it swing in my hand as I walk. It is very easy and quick to charge with a USB charger (same as your phone). It glows red until the charging is finished, making it quite easy to avoid overcharging the little thing. Very highly recommended.

update 05/07/2023 uploading a video to answer a question about whether this can be activated by foot. Notice that I'm using my TOES. I wasn't able to activate it with a shoe on - the area that needs to be pressed is too small for a shoe. I still like the light but I also still think it's expensive for what it does especially due to the hook that breaks so easily update 7/31/2020 the plastic hook broke a few months ago - as this was one of the main advantages of the product that justified the higher price, I'm subtracting one star. There are several products nowadays that offer the benefits (rechargeable, bright, dimmable) plus more (magnetic component that adheres to surface so you can easily detach the device to charge it) for a much lower price. original review November 2019: super-useful, so many applications. I love the little plastic hook in the back - you can hang it if you don't want to use adhesive. Very responsive to touch and you can't beat rechargeable. Just keep in mind this is not a motion-sensing light. Also, a tad on the expensive side - you can find similar products (without the hook though!) 2 for the price of this one.

This is a great little puck light. Design is excellent as you can mount the base, yet still remove it easily in order to charge it. Charging seems to last about 3 hours. Touch response is quick and does not require more than the lightest of taps. Box includes charging cable, a velcro cord organizer, a slim PVC plastic hanger attachment that you can add/remove at any time but that allows you to hang it from a clip or or small carabiner. The wall mount adheres with a 3M sticky dot and once mounted is not easily removable; however, the light itself easily twists off so you can recharge it. I especially like that you can change the intensity of the light from pretty dim to quite bright--easily bright enough to read by at night or to find something in a closet. I use this in my classroom so I know when a student is in the bathroom. If the light is on, then a kid is out of the room and no one else gets to leave until they come back. I used to use battery operated lights, but that got expensive. This is far less wasteful and works fantastically well for this purpose.

This little lamp is super bright BUT it also dims making it perfect for multiple uses. My main use was to breastfeed and change diapers in the middle of the night at the lowest setting but I brought it camping and used the brightest setting to light my way to the bathroom and let me tell you it lit up waaaay more than a flashlight. Super easy to carry, comes with a little hanger attachment to stick somewhere. It’s compact and it’s easy to charge with micro-usb. I only have to charge every other night and I keep it on for hours while trying to settle down baby when I’m dimmest setting. Perfect little lamp that fits in your palm

I needed a simple touchlight to mount under my desk so that I can manage my computer cables and usb connections as its quite dark under the desk. This light is perfect for the job as it is light enough to mount using doubles sided tape and is dimmable so that it is not too bright when on. It remembers the brightness setting when you turn it off and on and the touch operation works well. The only problem is the USB charge port is on ther back so I have to remove the light from it's base to charge it. It would have been nice to have a charge port on the side so I can charge it in situ. This is only a minor issue however as the light twists off and on from its base really easily. Just be aware if this is important to you.

Very light weight and adaptable to difficult spaces. Very happy with these lights

There is no electric outlet in our bathroom so this rechargeable was just what we needed. It's easy to use and to adjust the light. The low is nice and dim while high gives enough light to see your way around. On dim it easily lasts an eight hour night for a week without recharging. It would have been nice if it came with instructions on use, but pretty easy to work out.

Bought it for Baby’s nighttime feeds, lowest setting is perfect to use for night wakings so I can see what is going on without waking him too much. Turns on and off easily, I can even do it with my foot. Love that it’s rechargeable, I’m still surprised at how long a charge lasts. Have had it for nine months and have taken it travelling, no issues at all!
