Bona4 Piece Hardwood Floor Care System

Bought this product to clean the floors pri or to showing the house. This stuff works really well. The duster mop works 10 times better then the swifter and covers a good amount of area due to its size. The floor cleaner with the microfiber pad works great. It leaves no residue and the floors look new. It applies quickly and drys fast also. I bought the laminate cleaner after using this on the hardwood. Worth the money. I would only recommend that you buy a second set of cleaning pads so that you have a clean on to use each time.

I read many reviews about this product some good and a few bad. I have a new hardwood floors and I used pledge once and knew then that was not the product for me. I then used hot and cold water with a sponge mop which did ok but still was not satisfied. Now after using Bona w/mop included which has not broke yet (only first day) I am satisfied with the results. The floors look like new again and the cleaner removed all the spots from spills/drips in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with hardwood floors. As others stated the handle will eventually brake but it should last awhile. Another handle is easily substituted.

We purchased the Bona Kemi after making the mistake of cleaning our floor with a household cleaner that said it was good for hardwoods. That "other" cleaner left a hazy film on our floors. The Bona Kemi floor cleaning kit arrived quickly and as soon as I opened the box I gave it a go. I was very pleased with how easy the product is to use. After you dust mop or vacuum the floor. You simply wet the applicator pad and wring it out, then spray the cleaner on the floor and mop. The kit came with a free dust mop pad and it is awesome. I'd gladly purchase it separately and am planning on buying another. It's super for dust mopping prior to using the Bona Kemi cleaner and I use it regularly each week to pick up the pet hair, dust, etc. It's amazing how much dust, etc. it picks up and hangs on to. It's MUCH MUCH better than the swiffer dusters we used to swear by. Both the dust mop pad and the cleaning pad can be thrown in the washing machine and dryer (don't use a fabric softener sheet) and they come out good as new. I'm not kidding. I've thrown other things like this in the washer and dryer and they're never the same again. But both came out soft and clean and ready for use again. Now our hardwoods are on the road back to the way they were before I used the other product. The Bona Kemi didn't fix my problem after the first use, but it did make a marked improvement and I'm sure after one more cleaning, the floors will be as shiny as they were before.I'm one very satisfied customer.

I'm happy with the cleaning product overall, but when I received this pkg, the seal was broken and there were no instructions. No big deal, it all still appeared new and the mop that needed to be assembled was still in a sealed plastic bag. That said, the mop itself is ridiculous. It all assembled super easily - just attach piece to piece and they securely latch... all except for the section that attaches the bottom of the pole to the actual mop. For some reason that is not the same metal latching technique - it's plastic and literally detaches no less than 10 times each time I use this mop. It's not only annoying, but sometimes the metal pole just pops out and scratches the wood floor I'm mopping. It's absurdly stupid actually. Not sure why the attachment process was changed where the mop pole connects with the actual mop, but it actually impacts the cleaning process multiple times every time.

I have to say I love this floor cleaner and mop. I have to mop our hickory floors daily since traffic consists of a couple of 6 year old boys, a 2 year old boy and a teething mobile 9 month old every day. The least messy of my boys is the boxer / bulldog so that tells you how often those floors need cleaning.This stuff works great, it gets the grime off, dries really fast, is easy to apply and safe enough for my babe to crawl about and leave drool trails on. LOVE IT.

The key to this product's effectiveness is the microfiber mop. Nearly any solution will produce similar results.The problem with this product is that the mop is shipped in sections that you have to put together, and in our case, within about 30 seconds of its first use, the sections split apart and the mop broke.I contacted the company who sells them on Amazon, and their response was -- to do nothing.So what I would do is to buy a microfiber mop that is one piece, and then buy just about any solution. Cheaper solutions can be found at Home depot etc, and Microfiber mops can be found at Wal Mart.This product works very well, but you can put together a much cheaper kit, and one that will last longer, on your own. To purchase from a company that doesn't stand behind their products is probably sending the wrong message. Maybe this one was defective and the others would have worked for a long time, but if you can't trust the company, it's probably not worth taking a chance.

So disappointed. The mop head does not fit the handle securely and keeps popping off mid-mop. There are two gizmos on mop head that should poke out of two holes on the handle, to hold it securely until you depress the gizmos and the head pops off. My handle only has one hole and the gizmo does not fit tight in the hold - hence it keeps popping off. Unfortunately, this product wasn't opened and used until one day past the return date. I am going to see if I can contact Bonakemi direct for resolution. UPDATE: discovered that the mop handle had been assembled incorrectly. There is a piece that has two slots for the mop head gizmos (buttons) to fit into securely. Love this product!

This stuff is awesome! When we moved to our new apartment, we were surprised with wood flooring in the bedrooms. I've never had wood flooring and didn't know how to take care of it. When I found this kit, I knew this would be great. I was right! It left our bedroom floors looking amazing! So shiny! I will definitely be ordering more Bona products!

I have been using this mop and products for 15+ years.I needed to replace my mop. Love this one better than the first one. Excellent product highly recommend for tiles and hardwood flooring.
