Its preloaded with b&w film, but if i reaload with a color negative film or just a normal one it will take a colored picture?

yes, you can use any 35mm film. if it’s C41 film it’ll come out in color.

Is it disposable or can you load your own film?

Yes, you can load your own film.

Is label aroung the camera easy to peel off?

Honestly not really. I tried peeling mine off. I had to replace what was left with other stickers.
